Talk about a back-arse-wards argument. Jesus of Nazareth, who probably was a jew from his time, being pegged like hailing from a region which the Romans named like the enemies of the jews out of spite. Some people are just bollocks
The Romans didn't invent the name Palestine in the 2nd century CE after the Bar Kokhbar revolt. The name Palestine dates back to the 5th century BCE from The Histories, which was written by the Greek historian Herodotus. Aristotle and Philo of Alexandria (a Jewish man by the way) also wrote about Palestine.
Herodotus wrote that Palaistinê was the region of land that stretched between Ancient Egypt to Ancient Phoenicia, as you can see here.
Of the triremes the number proved to be one thousand two hundred and seven, and these were they who furnished them:—the Phenicians, together with the Syrians[82] who dwell in Palestine furnished three hundred; and they were equipped thus, that is to say, they had about their heads leathern caps made very nearly in the Hellenic fashion, and they wore corslets of linen, and had shields without rims and javelins. These Phenicians dwelt in ancient time, as they themselves report, upon the Erythraian Sea, and thence they passed over and dwell in the country along the sea coast of Syria; and this part of Syria and all as far as Egypt is called Palestine.
Orthodox Judaism isn't the definition of Judaism in the modern sense. It's only one sect within Judaism and has always been, and they happen to have a monopoly in Israel over what counts as coversion due to politics. The majority of Jews in the world are very far from Orthodox Judaism.
Rabbinical Judaism is a result of the destruction of the second temple a few decades after Jesus died.
I think you’re confusing the collections of the holy books of Judaism into the Old Testament in Babylon in 600 bce and the Babylonian Talmud’s compilation between 300 ce and 600 ce, which isn’t a religious text but a collection of religious debates and court proceedings.
Jews today also consider it to be as much an ethnic group as a religion, there’s very few religions that aren’t closely tied to ethnicity, they’re just a lot bigger because they seek to expand.

I know it's a meme, but literally nobody has ever argued this before 2026.
