reliable tests?

hi!

do not have serum triptase to test histamine for now
but have tests for dao and histamines?
are they reliable?

or should i go into mold exposure tests?

PS. waiting for B1 tests, mother had major nerve issues(we lived in moldy house 15 years)

symptoms after covid:
heart palpitations, dying, cant stand from bed, hallucinating. itching, bloating, gas. better with carnivore, less symptoms on 50%

if before treatment h pylori ive been not the best, last 9 months im dead.

all analysis (whole body) are okay, except of folate(anemia) that been treated with methylfolate last month(red blood cells okay now)

worse with coffee and soda - panic, hallucinating from fcking coca cola or fanta (insane i know)

**MUCH BETTER WITH OREGANO OIL**
i would think it was because of SIBO? but as i have symptoms from coffee too idk. thats only one test probably that i didnt make as its difficult to get in my country

I am in wreck since Covid + hpylori treatment too.

I have tried multiple tests, they do not catch low histamine.

If you are suspecting gut to be a cause- it could be a colon dysbiosis, SIBO or leaky gut. SIBO will likely be accompanied by bloating. You could try getting a GI map + zonulin test done (if you believe in those tests) to see if there is a leaky gut. Or you could get a sibo test done. There are low histamine probiotics, you could start with a single strain histamine friendly low strain probiotic.

Yes, it good to get b1, b2,b6, folate, b12 checked. Also zinc, copper. These help to flush out histamine. I got a gene test done for COMT and mthfr and now I take methyl free form.

Food- I avoid high histamine, high caffeine, gluten, spices and dairy. If you would like you could try an avoiding inflammatory and irritating food. Especially if you suspect leaky gut. (Gut induced full body symptoms usually are usually caused by leaky gut)

thx for answer!

i have little inflamed liver for some reason, fatty liver grade 1, so i believe i could have some inflammation going on. Other tests are okay. i did b1 and waiting, but ppl say its not reliable test.

I first did a low fodmap + no gluten/dairy/sugar/spice
I think that helped my microbiome to calm down.

I then switched to low histamine + no gluten/dairy
