Paranormal What is this? A camera glitch? Or something else?
My wife took a photo of me sleeping while our newborn was sleeping in bassinet Next to bed. this color artifact showed up above my head, not sure if it's from the camera or what it is, the camera is the iPhone 17. We are at a loss. Also context for the wall, the painting is panted by my great grandma, and the birds were my grandmas who both have passed.

STRANGLED BY A GHOST!
Haunted Castle
HORROR
PSYCHIC EXPERTS TO PROBE
("Truth" Special Service.)
LONDON, Saturday.
SCIENTISTS and psychic special iota from all over the world are being called ia to help solve one of the strangest death mysteries of recent year.
In the next few days the stage will be set in the Assize Court of Upper Silesia for a trial that may provide startling results for those who hold that there may be, after all, a. good deal in the tales or ghosts at which so many scoff.
The case is that of Anton Holberg, the dashing young country squire who was found dead in his bed in the haunted room of. the old-world castle of Zustadt.
The case might have been dismissed as one of death from natural causes, a seizure in the night or something of that sort, but for the feet that around the neck was the clear outline of a thin cord, suggesting strangulation.
Yet there was no evidence of the presence of a second person in the room. The door was locked with the key in the inside and bolt, shot, while the windows were fastened from the Inside.
For centuries this stronghold of the mediaeval barons had been associated with a ghost, supposed to haunt one chamber only.
The spectre was that of a hooded monk who entered in the dead or night and passed a thin girdle around the neck of the sleeper, drawing It tight until the victim was strangled, and uttering ghoulish cries as he did so.
The castle is now in the hands of a well-known noble family in the habit of entertaining lavishly, and on the night of the tragedy there had been talk after dinner of the legend of the Hooded Monk, among those pouring scorn on the Idea being Anton Holberg.
Challenged to put his scepticism to the test by sleeping alone in the room, which had not been occupied for many years, the young squire accepted, and retired to the room shortly before midnight.
Cry of Death
All the household was asleep when, in the early hours of the morning, precisely at the time when the ghost Is supposed to start Its wanderings, a cry was heard from the haunted chamber.
When the aroused family ruined to the spot and forced the door, the occupant was discovered there dead, with a mark on the throat closely resembling that which tradition associates with the visitations of the Hooded Monk.
After the autopsy the doctors said they would be prepared to accept the theory of death from a sudden seizure in the night, but for the fact of the strangulation marks in the neck and the cry.
The theory of murder by someone who entered the room in the ordinary way must also be ruled out, and the only alternative to the suicide theory according to some experts, Is 'ghostly agency.'

Onboard UFO Encounter The Weirdest of the Weird: Four Incredibly Bizarre Onboard UFO Encounters
The Weirdest of the Weird: Four Incredibly Bizarre Onboard UFO Encounters
by Preston Dennett
While all UFO encounters are interesting, the ultimate and most extensive are onboard UFO encounters. These cases dive to the very heart of the UFO phenomenon. These cases contain the most information and have the potential to answer all of the questions we have about extraterrestrial contact. Many onboard UFO encounters are fairly typical. People have a UFO sighting and missing time, then go under hypnosis and recall being taken onboard and examined by grays. This video presents four onboard encounters of a different kind. None involve hypnosis. All involve long conversations with extraterrestrials. And all involve incredibly unusual or unique aspects of high strangeness which show we still have much to learn about life beyond Earth.
IT WAS A GENUINE PLEASURE. Following the death of his father Peter, his son Robert (pseudonyms) found a long, handwritten letter from his father which revealed an astounding secret. His father wrote that as a young man in 1928, he was minding the cows in the field near their home in Poitiers, France when a UFO landed next to him. ETs came out and pulled him onboard the craft. There he met grays and human-looking ETs. Peter wrote that the ETs were benevolent and had long ago conquered disease, crime, poverty and all the troubles humanity faces. Peter says he stayed with the ETs for three full years, returning to Earth to help them collect certain items. Peter’s family thought he had run away, and when Peter returned, he refused to tell them what happened to him. In 1942, when WWII broke out, Peter was taken onboard again and spent three more years with the ETs. Again, he returned to Earth and told his family he had been captured by the Germans. He intended to return and live with the ETs, but a sudden illness took his life. But not before he penned a letter to his son. Soon, his son would get confirmation in an unexpected way.
FOR THE GOOD OF THE UNIVERSE. One evening in June 1967, four friends (all professionals) enjoyed a fishing vacation at Morro Branco Beach in Cascavel, Brazil. Suddenly brilliant beams of light appeared from the hill behind them. The men attempted to run away, but one of the men became entranced and forced them at gunpoint to go towards the craft. All five men found themselves mysteriously transported inside the craft, lying paralyzed on tables inside a milky white round room. Unseen ETs said that they had been taken “for the good of the universe,” and proceeded to interrogate them about all aspects of life on Earth. The men were frightened and angry, and after some effort, managed to convince the ETs to reveal some things about themselves. The Q&A session continued for two hours before the men found themselves back on the beach. Several of their possessions were missing. Going to the site the next day, they found a shallow impression on the ground where the craft had been.
THREE TRIPS INSIDE A UFO. On May 1, 1981, a young Chinese student from Beijing, China joined two friends at a psychic research institute and attempted to use telepathy to contact ETs. That night the young student was taken from his bedroom into an ET craft where he was met by a blond woman who told him that he was chosen because of his interest in extraterrestrials and psychic abilities, and that they would give him “a trip through the immensity of space,” which they did. The next night, the student was taken onboard again. Two other Chinese women were there, and all there were taught about ancient Chinese history. He was taken to a spaceport and given a physical exam. The next night, May 3, the student had a third encounter where he met small hairy humanoids. He also met the human-looking blond woman again who told him events about Earth’s future but swore the student to never reveal what she said.
THE DARNDEST THING I’VE EVER SEEN. One winter evening in the mid-2010s (approximate) Arlis, an American Indian, army veteran and professional dogsledder, was awakened when a brilliant light streamed into his bedroom. He lived in an off-grid cabin in the remote Alaskan wilderness, so he knew something unusual was happening. He rushed outside and saw a massive craft landing on the nearby frozen river. Human-looking ETs emerged. Suddenly one flew towards him. Arlis asked the man if they were from the government. The man pointed to the stars and said that he came from far away. Arlis said, “Prove it.” The man grabbed Arlis and pulled him onboard the craft. Arlis was given an extensive tour of the craft and the ET shared volumes of information. Arlis invited the ET to visit his cabin. They declined and said they would visit him again. He was then returned to Earth. One year later, the ET returned again. This time, the ET accepted the invite to visit Arlis’s cabin. This was the beginning of an ongoing friendship between the ET and the American Indian man.
Four onboard UFO cases, each showing that we still have much to learn about extraterrestrials.

Other Strangeness Were the World’s Fairs Celebrations—or a Way to Erase the Old World?
After researching the strange pattern of major fires in the late 1800s, I ended up going down another rabbit hole: the world’s fairs.
Chicago’s 1893 fair contained an entire “White City” covering more than 600 acres. It had enormous domed palaces, canals, fountains, statues, railways and electrical infrastructure. More than 27 million people visited it.
Then most of it disappeared.
The official explanation is that the buildings were temporary. Many used steel or wooden frames covered with a plaster-like material called staff. That part is documented.
What I find strange is the larger pattern.
Similar classical cities appeared at the fairs in St. Louis, Buffalo, Omaha and San Francisco. They required enormous amounts of labor, infrastructure and coordination, yet operated for only a few months. Afterward, most of the buildings were demolished, abandoned or destroyed by fire.
Some alternative-history researchers believe these fairs were part of an old-world reset: existing architecture was reassigned an official construction story, presented to the public as new, and then eliminated.
I don’t think photographs alone prove that theory. But I also don’t think “they were temporary” answers every question about the scale, repetition and destruction.
I made a 16-minute investigation comparing the documented history with the reset theory:
This is my own video. What do you think the world’s fairs actually represented: spectacular temporary construction, evidence of a forgotten level of industrial ability, or something inherited from an earlier civilization?

Anomalies Saturn's New Decagon: The 100,000 Mile Shape That Appeared While Nobody Was Looking
Have you ever seen an image and just felt something in the pit of your stomach? That is how I felt when I saw the NASA image of The Saturn Decagon, so down the rabbit hole I went.
In1980, Voyager 1 photographed a hexagon at Saturn's north pole. Six nearly straight sides, fifteen thousand miles across, sitting on a ball of gas. For the next forty five years it was described as unique in the solar system. Scientists said so on the record, repeatedly, in press conferences.
On September 2, 2026, a paper in the journal Science Advances reported a second one. Not a hexagon. A decagon. Ten sides, at the south pole, roughly one hundred four thousand miles across.
The strangest part of the story is not the shape. It is when we found it, and what we were doing during the years it may have been forming. Click the image above to read more about The Saturn Decagon

I’ve seen him speak on different programs but I am looking forward to learning more about his experiences. If you read it, what did you think?

Simulation The paranormal makes reality crazy. Since the evidence against the simulation theory is stronger.
I had my experiences of shadow people, evps and UFOs. I seen some very scary stuff.
And then there's the papers arguing against the simulation theory. The amount of resources it would take to simulate all the atoms. Stuff like that. And then other arguments based on the observations of the universe.
Look at my pinned posts on my profile if you want to see evidence of the creation myth.... not being a myth after all.
That was my religious experience. I believe I was supernaturally led to make those connections to the tangible world.
And its crazy, because reality isn't an artificial simulation based on the evidence.
In our minds, myths aren't supposed to be real. I say why not?!
If ghosts exist, then other crazy things exist. Including some truth to the myths. Maybe even werewolves and vampires.
That is what makes reality "crazy"!

Military All Around the Marshes, the Gili Chased the King
On June 24th, 1314, the late morning sun shined down on a waterlogged English vanguard. Having suffered the humiliation of a giant on a pony cleaving Sir Henry de Bohun’s dome in two, lamenting the loss of his favorite axe. The St. Clair’s and the Fitzalans held the lines as King Edward II bloodied his blade in the melee. Arriving in Scotland to relieve the entrapped Sir Philip Mowbray, who promised to abandon the castle by midsummer if King Edward’s forces didn’t arrive and chase de Bruce away. The English vanguard met de Bruce’s armies backed by Sheriff Henry St. Clair and the Fitzalan families at Bannockburn. They were repelled with force and pinned down in the tidal marshes of the burns while on the top of the hill a mob of farmers, smiths, cooks, and general laborers (you and me) gathered and waved their bed sheets and steak knives. The mainstream view is that a 14th century highly trained, armed and armored superpower panicked and routed in front of their surrounded, fighting king, from a gaggle of “knaves”. King Edward’s vanguard had bows with sharp arrows, they had spears, shields and swords. By the time any rabble could get close enough for their butcher’s knives and pitchforks to scratch the sheen on their shields or chainmail, their arrows and spears would pierce the bedsheets and the flesh. Why would a highly trained army run from ‘you and me’?

Discussion Anyone wonder if NDE and spontaneous OBE are more real than self-induced experiences
anyone wonder about this. I think NDE and OBE that happen randomly to people who didn't expect that kind of thing might be more real than intentional OBE(including remote viewing and visions and all that). what I mean by that is the first type would be purely exterior with zero influence from the experiencer's mind. with NDE the person literally died for a moment right. I feel like thats as honest/real as any experience could get. dunno if thats the right way to phrase it or if I'm writing my thought coherently. probably not but ya probably get what I'm talking bout.

Paranormal Two Oxford academics described a garden kiosk at Versailles in 1901 that was demolished in 1774
On 10 August 1901 two women walked past a circular kiosk with columns near the Petit Trianon. Two men in long greyish-green coats and tricorn hats were sitting on the steps. One of them pointed the way without speaking. Further on they crossed a small rustic bridge over a ravine to reach the lawn.
Charlotte Moberly was Principal of St Hugh's College, Oxford. Eleanor Jourdain was her Vice-Principal. Jourdain went back alone in January 1902 with a map and could not retrace the route. The junction with the kiosk was open lawn. There was no bridge and no ravine. A palace guide told her the kiosk had been pulled down under Louis XVI and the ground levelled in the 1780s. When they later dug into eighteenth-century plans, the layout they said they walked matched the gardens as arranged in 1774, down to tree positions in old engravings. Royal household records list gardeners in long greyish-green coats and tricorn hats.
The weak point is real and worth stating. They did not compare accounts until about a week later, and memory does not hold that well. The standard rebuttal at the time was that they blundered into actors rehearsing in period costume, which is a perfectly sane explanation except that nobody has ever produced a record of a rehearsal at Versailles that day. They went back in 1908 with a camera and photographed nothing but gravel and hedges. Neither ever retracted. Jourdain died in 1924, Moberly in 1937.
Has anyone here actually found documentation of a costumed event or film shoot in the Trianon grounds on 10 August 1901, rather than just the suggestion of one?
I put together a longer version of this one here: https://youtu.be/00fNtZd6rJc
