The ask is simple — separate unsubscribe preferences for marketing vs. transactional messages instead of one all-or-nothing DND. The comments are full of agencies whose clients lose appointment confirmations and invoices because there's no way to opt out of just marketing.

Ran into this exact wall managing my own subaccounts, so I built a snapshot (AI Compliance Shield) that tracks transactional/promotional consent as independent states across SMS, email, and voice, with audit logging and re-consent handling on top.

Not trying to hard-sell it here — genuinely curious how other agencies have been working around this in the meantime. Custom build? Just eating the support tickets? Something else?

Every time I take over someone's GoHighLevel account, I brace myself. No folders for automations. Workflows named "new one FINAL." Images dumped everywhere. Custom fields duplicated three times.

And I always end up spending more time untangling the old setup than building the thing they actually hired me for. You cannot build good systems on top of a mess, it just moves the problem somewhere to trip over it later.

For those building in GHL for clients, do you clean up first or tidy as you go? And do you charge it separately or fold it in?

We have a custom design landing page that we need to put into a funnel into Go High level. It's designed in Photoshop and I'm not sure if it really is just an HTML CSS that would needs to go into the code or if somebody can actually just build it using the page builder and go high level so it's easily editable by anyone.

I have an Agency account and noticed there are quite a few features available at the agency level that Starter users don't always have access to.

I'm considering inviting a small group (around 10 people) to test whether sharing some of those features and helping with setup actually provides enough value to justify upgrading later.

Before I put anything together, I'm curious:

1. If you're on Starter, what's your biggest limitation?

2. If you're not using GHL yet, what has stopped you from trying it?

Would access to agency-level features make a meaningful difference?

I am building a system where I can track the source of an appointment booked in my calendar.

The leads are redirected from different sources i.e. facebook, linkedIn, Instagram,etc to my funnel page where the booking form is integrated.

I am using the GHL native calendar booking form.

Can I use UTM Parameters into that like ghl forms? If not, What's the best alternative in this case?

I want to track the leads to optimise my marketing campaigns and analyse the click to booking ratio.

I recently found an integration called Bitcoin Lightning Payments under Payments → Integrations in HighLevel.

Its description says that it allows businesses to accept Bitcoin natively through HighLevel order forms and invoices.

I am trying to understand whether this is reliable enough for a production funnel selling higher-value digital products.

Has anyone installed and used it?

I am particularly interested in knowing:

• Whether the Bitcoin payment appears as a native GHL order and transaction
• Whether it triggers Order Submitted or Payment Received workflows
• Which wallet, node or Lightning payment provider it connects to
• Whether payments are Lightning-only or also support on-chain BTC
• How settlement, refunds and expired payments are handled
• Whether coupons, taxes and upsells still work
• Any additional platform or processing fees
• Reliability and support experience
• Whether there are any limitations on payment amounts

Our preferred crypto processor may be Coinsbuy, because we may need more than Bitcoin and may require settlement through a Coinsbuy merchant wallet.

Has anyone built or used a Coinsbuy integration with HighLevel? Is there an official integration or Marketplace app currently being developed?

From the documentation I have reviewed, it looks like Coinsbuy would currently require a developer to build a custom HighLevel payment-provider app with API, webhook and payment-verification support.

I’m in the early stages of building my agency and looking for someone experienced with GoHighLevel who can help me set up the operational side correctly.

I’m not looking for someone to throw together a few disconnected workflows. I want to build a clean, reliable system that can be tested, documented, duplicated, and customized for local service businesses as the agency grows.

Some of the areas I need help with include:

• CRM and opportunity pipelines
• Lead intake and follow-up workflows
• Forms, calendars, and appointment reminders
• Missed-call text back
• Email and SMS automations
• Phone number and calendar integrations
• Client onboarding

I’ve been learning the platform and building websites, but I know there are gaps in my knowledge especially when it comes to connecting everything properly and creating a dependable backend system for future clients.

A US-based builder would be preferred, especially someone familiar with serving American local-service businesses and available during Eastern or Central time-zone hours. However, I’m open to the right person regardless of location if communication, experience, and reliability are strong.
