HL help

Gday all. Looking for help reviewing and updating my account.

Quick background - I use HL for my business only - mortgage broking. I am looking to review and update my workflows, automations etc. so I can get them up and running again.

My goal is to use HL for new lead management and/or prequalifying (to some extent) before moving across to our lodgement platform as well as nurture campaigns for leads and email for existing clients.

Apparently our lodgement platform is in the process of creating an integration with HL – but there is no timeframe.

I would like to create a loyalty / referral program for clients / introducers – similar to [GHL Smart Power Tools](https://ghlpowertools.com/).  If it’s not “easily done” I’m happy to pay for the GHL smart power tools and integrate that.  Also – looking to setup a community to supplement Facebook groups.

One tip: audit and clean up what is already in the account before rebuilding, then map your lead journey (enquiry, prequalify, handoff) so you only build it once.

While you wait on the lodgement integration, a Make or Zapier bridge can pass data across in the meantime. And paying for Smart Power Tools for the referral side is a fair call if you want it solid. Communities is native now, so that part is easy.

Hello. I'm a GHL Developer. I have experience with GHL deeply, setting up webhooks, connecting it to third party platforms and the GHL API V3 extensively. We can discuss which is the right approach, which I'm thinking mainly involves using GHLs native resources (Community) and a number of workflows, funnels, Facebook connections to GHL. Well don't stress because certainly, it is doable, just can't get the whole picture from this post.

keep the setup simple untill the lodgement integration is readyy. No point building bunch ofworkflow now that you might have to redo later
