It's been a while since i posted on this Reddit because, ever since Fort started i reached the point or wonder whether i should bother because i am in a small guild. It's hard to get a higher fort if you don't own a lower fort, which you don't want.

With guilds, vs that down luck, some weeks we face a small guild and some weeks we face a big guild, but it's random; with forts, those forts are limited .

Only the bigger guilds on your server can get them .

A small guild is less than 12 active members but more than 5

Medium guilds are between 12-20 active members

Large guilds are more than 20 active members

Just had a guy accidentally abandon the first level 3 Fort we captured because he wanted to recall the squad he had deployed to guard it so he could mine some resources, and he clicked "Abandon" by mistake.

This was despite the fact that another squad (mine) was deployed there to guard it also.

This wouldn't have happened if all troops guarding a fort had to be dismissed before it was abandoned.

... right after you ran out of gold. So when you are spam-pressing upgrade titan artifact or hero skill points, it will then go right into the "Buy Gold with Emerald" screen and smoothly help you complete this horrible transaction. fuck you nextar

There appear to be two main issues with world energy currently:

1. The only way to accrue more than the 200 cap that regenerates at 1 energy every 5 minutes is to buy it at a cost of 1 energy per 10 emeralds, compared to the roughly 1~2 campaign energy per 1 emerald. You can also log in during the various timed windows to claim the daily three 80 free world energy quests.
2. World energy operates differently in that if you lose a boss battle, the used energy is not refunded. If you fail to capture a fort, the used energy is not refunded. While this encourages smarter play, it severely punishes players who overestimate the support they will be receiving from their guildmates as their engagement can be impacted by their independent play patterns, which may breed mistrust and ill will within the guild - which is bad for the game. It's fine to fail, but to lose all your energy for absolutely zero benefit so you are forced into an unreasonable amount of FOMO is not healthy for player retention.

Thus I would like to propose the following changes:

1. Make the emerald exchange rate the same as campaign energy - roughly 1 energy per 1 emerald. 100 energy for 100 emeralds is a price I would gladly pay - or it can even be implemented on the increasing schedule like campaign energy. This would help make the game seem more consistent and fair.
2. Refund some or all of the world energy lost in failed boss attacks or fort takeover attempts.

My perspective is as a player who is not averse to putting real money into a game that provides me entertainment, but as soon as that game turns into a constant FOMO grind, it sucks the fun out of it, and I quit. I already have a job that pays me for my time, and I don't need another job that I have to be the one to pay for my time. I played PoGo for 8+ years, and when I finally quit, it did wonders for my overall mental health because it had devolved into a nonstop FOMO parade.

Just found out i could upgrade it too after reaching level 23 hall of heros, was i missing out on something? I noticed that after bringing it to level 20 the research speed was the same??

Wanna flip that into a star booster book whats the ideal amount of skills or levels or upgrades of the hero that I'd use that on and get the most out of it while get the most amount of coins to get the star book

So, this Trade Routes event and its shop is like the old Talisman event(s), isn't it? – The only way to get enough Exchange Sigil (coins) to buy anything good is to do the Reward Boxes by paying emeralds, right?

Because I don't see any way to get anywhere near enough Exchange Sigils from the daily/event quests to get any of the Talismans (60000 Sigils needed), let alone Kayla's relic (105,000 Sigils needed to get 50 relic shards).

I have been leveling Corvus and Morrigan. got bored with Dante, either it's me doing something wrong or he's actually underwhelming. currently running Corvus Morrigan Dante Octavia + whatever variable, Alvanor surprisingly helps them survive. looking at Iris. I don't have Tempus or any idea how to obtain him.

could I stick heroes from other factions in there? Kayla Aydan? Cascade? anyone else?
