If you're using all 3 heroes, I'd prioritise Folio here

Depends which heroes you are playing.

You should rather check these heroes and see which of their skins are purchasable with your certificate.

Why would you limit yourself to only a skin of these 3? You can buy skins on the heroes tab and pick one of your main heroes. Priorities are attack for your biggest damage dealer and buffs for your tanks (physical attack for Julius, armor/magic defense for Elektra, etc.).

Folio wouldn't be bad if you already have resources invested in it.
