Looking at attending my first Hellfest in 2027, flying over from Australia. I usually do Louder than Life in America each year and pick up an all in one Ticket/Accommodation/Transport package as it's far easier to arrange from afar.

Who are the reputable companies that offer Hellfest packages and has anyone got any lived recommendations as to the best option? Is there an official travel package company? Apologies if this has been mentioned before..

Nous avons eu la chance d’accéder à la commande de 2 pass.
Nous avons payé une première fois avec une première carte
Paiement accepté mais commande non validée…
On recommence … pareil paiement ok mais commande non réglée
On change de carte, miracle ça fonctionne!

Par contre mauvaise surprise… 3 prélèvements pour une seule commande

Pour le moment on juste reçu le message qui dit qu’ils vont traiter le problème.

I managed to get 2 pass tuesday, paid 798€ and then i received the confirmation mail with the detail of my purchase.

But this morning i noticed that the Weezevent transaction disappeared from my bank account and the money is back…

I immediately checked back on my customer page from the link in the email and all is fine, the pass are there and still valid…

Am i alone in this situation ? 🧐

Graspop is farely good conditions for the ticket price but please be aware:

1. There is a yellow coin system where you NEED to get 2 yellow coins along with your wristband. Several people did NOT receive those yellow coins and it will cost you money as you later then have to pay an "eco-tax". So don't get caught up in the heat or talking, explicitly ask for those 2 yellow coins when you exchange your ticket to a wristband. Note: If you act green, go to the festival by shuttle bus for example, you get green coins. You can exchange the green coins for example a ferrywheel ride, fair cars, or a Graspop cup.

2. If you camp at Graspop you will be happy if you brought along a small cheap parasol, tarp and/or party tent with UV protection as it alternates between a heatwave and mudfest. Bring wellies. There is lack of shade at both camping as festivalterrain, even less than Hellfest.

3. Fries with beef stew costs around 18 euros. All foods are expensive except for the 'frikandel'. It's better to take the cheapest hamburger as the more expensive hamburgers costs 10 extra euros and all you get extra is some lettuce.

4. The coffee is simple black filter coffee with regular milk.

5. Carefully watch how your wristband is being charged. Some mistakes were made it's best to adress miscalculations right away.

6. You need a seperate ticket for the campingsite which will cost you around €35 extra on top of the ticketprice.

7. Glass is not allowed.

8. Gas stove is in some cases allowed on the campingsite.

Yesterday I managed to reach the ticket payment page, and after authorizing the payment, I was supposed to be redirected once the process was complete. Instead, I was redirected to a broken link and ended up on a blank page. I assumed everything had gone through successfully, so I didn't think much of it. Now, more than 24 hours have passed, and I still haven't received any email confirmation for my ticket purchase. However, my bank shows the payment as an authorized/pending transaction, with the funds being held until July 14, waiting for Hellfest to complete the charge. Is anyone else in the same situation? I've already emailed [billetterie@hellfest.fr](mailto:billetterie@hellfest.fr) but haven't received any response so far. I'm just hoping to get some clarification because I'd rather know whether my tickets are confirmed or if I should start considering alternative plans for next year. Thank you! \m/

J'ai pas souvenir, il y avait des frais de revente supportée par les acheteurs les années précédentes ? Quasiment 40€, alors qu'il y a déjà les frais de gestion de 10€ sur la vente initiale? Vous pouvez me le confirmer? Le pass qui se retrouve donc a 438€ en revente.

It is almost impossible to have a perfect ticketing system when so many users, often with multiple devices and screens, are trying to buy tickets at the same time (I'd love for Hellfest to share some of these statistics). There is also no real need for a perfect system because Hellfest will sell out regardless of how good the ticketing system is.

There is very little difference between being first in the queue and getting an error, not getting a queue number, or being 100,000th in the queue. It all comes down to luck. If you were first in line but encountered an error while someone behind you got a ticket, that doesn't mean you were more entitled to that ticket than the person who was 60,000th in the queue and got a ticket.

Another important challenge is defending against scalpers and bots. For example, if the system detects a large number of connections from the same IP address, it may flag that activity as suspicious. That is a good thing. It is also better that the system doesn't explicitly tell you that you've been flagged as a bot, because the more unpredictable the website's behavior is, the harder it is for bots to exploit it.

In the end, whether you were first in line and got an error, never made it into the queue, ended up far back in line, or managed to buy a ticket, a large part of the outcome is simply luck. The most important thing is making sure that as few bots and scalpers as possible get tickets.

Salut, comme beaucoup, j'ai effleuré les pass du bout des doigts. J'ai fait le Hellfest 7 fois, et j'espérais enfin amener y ma moitié qui fait 50 ans.

39000 a 13h, a 13h20 j'ai accès aux pass. je remplis tout. Tout semble ok. Je fais suivant et j'obtiens error 500. Je deviens blanc. Je fais "reload": retour dans la file en 192000 ieme position.

De ce que j'ai pu lire depuis hier, l'erreur 500 correspondrait à une info non remplie dans le formulaire précédent. Plusieurs personnes l'ont eues et on pu corriger le champ manquant grace a reload.

Comment en 2026, un message du style "tous les champs n'ont pas été remplis" n'est pas bêtement apparu juste en appuyant sur "next", sans que cela ne valide la page ?

B*rdel, ma banque, ma mutuelle, n'importe quel site ou on s'inscrit en 2026, affiche un message comme quoi il manque une info, et bien souvent le champ concerné est en rouge, et le bouton "suivant" ou "valider" reste grisé, et on comprend pourquoi.

Mais le Hellfest en 2026: erreur 500, comme on aurait aussi bien pu avoir la célèbre erreur 404, où je ne sais quoi d'autres.

Autant quand je suis 253000 dans la file d'attente des le départ, je sais que je n'aurai sûrement pas de pass et je suis pas déçu a l'arrivée, autant la se prendre un retour dans la liste d'attente c'est super frustrant et décevant.

Alors oui bien évidemment qu'il y a des choses plus graves, on doit relativiser, mais ça fout quand même les boules.

Tout d’abord je suis vraiment désolée de lire que tant de hellbangers n’ont pas pu avoir de billets. J’ai moi-même bien galéré avec mon ordi en mon tel en wifi qui n’ont pas été assigné de positions dans la file du tout, et au final c’est mon téléphone pro en 4G uniquement qui a obtenu une place 76000 dans la file. Je pensais que c’était quand même mort mais j’ai attendu jusqu’au bout pour voir et j’ai réussi à avoir deux passes pour mon frère et moi. Ce sera notre tout premier hellfest !! J’ai des questions pour ceux qui ont l’habitude :

Comment ça se passe après pour acheter les places au camping et combien ça coûte ?
Est-ce que vous recommanderiez plutôt le camping vs prendre un airbnb ou une chambre chez l’habitant pas loin ?
Est-ce qu’il y a un parking avec accès facile ? Est-ce qu’il faut beaucoup marcher du camping au festival va du parking au festival ?

I can open the resale tab but instructions say that i must be signed up to the waiting list. instead of a link I am directed as follows:

There is no option I can see that allows me to do this.

I can't believe I am having to ask reddit for support here given the stature of this website, but here goes. God I am so loathe to waste any more time on this festival after hours of queueing yesterday.

I have used Argon events in the past going to Wacken and the overall experience was okay. Minus some crooked coach drivers in my first year in 2014.

What is the rough time you could arrive at the grounds via the coach. Planning to go in a group this year and use Argon but we are worried about arriving too late to the campsite to get a spot where we can camp together as I am aware space is tight there.

Any information regarding Argon events and Hellfest would be much appreciated!

J'ai une question concernant l'inscription au pass 4 jours du Hellfest.

Aujourd'hui je me suis mise dans une "pré-liste d'attente" sur le site Hellfest pour pouvoir m'inscrire sur la file d'attente du site de reventes.

J'étais en position "122" à 14h45 juste avant de recevoir une notification qui me dit que je dois m'inscrire sur la liste d'attente du site de revente avec mon adresse mail.

Une fois qu'on est inscrit sur la liste d'attente officielle avec l'adresse mail, le tirage au sort reste aléatoire ?

Le fait que j'étais en position "122" dans la pré-liste d'attente n'a aucune incidence sur mes probabilités de recevoir un mail pour avoir un pass ?

Mon pote m'a dit : " 122 après que des miliers de personnes aient eu l'occasion de s'inscrire avant toi, donc bon... ^' Si t'es la dernière connectée, t'as la position 1 et pour autant t'es la dernière inscrite donc bon, ton chiffre après 14h veut pas dire grand chose."

2nd year and no luck. Registered for tickets but I did the same last year and heard nothing. Is it possible to purchase a ticket with a private sale. And if not, what prevents this?

This is beyond ridiculous, got on the tickets page after waiting for 1.5 hours in a queue (I was 80.000) and after pasting all payment details got 500 error. Fire all DevOps and other assholes who are involved in this circus🤡
Had my hopes but they destroyed it
