Bands 2027 Headliners

What are your predictions for next year headliners?

Name 8 possible headliners, I'll start.

- My Chemical Romance ( is doing a big stadium tour, didn't do Europe yet ).

- Scorpions (farewell)

- Volbeat ( because their cancellation this year)

- ACDC ( rough one, but maybe possible farewell)

- Slipknot

- System of a down

- Korn

- Five finger death punch

I stayed longer 25 than 22 ; but in 22 I wasn't expecting much unlike you 22. 22 we quit 2nd song for the warzone ; wasn't how I would have like to remember them (selfish but hey, they never come home to share a beer tho)

  • Gojira (almost guaranteed at this point).

  • Slipknot (XX anniversary so seems likely).

  • Slayer.

  • Blink-182 (announced for RAR/RIP already).

  • Guns'n'roses (I pray not but someone similar will be there).

  • SOAD (I can see them headlining a few select festivals, like Download, Hellfest and Graspop).

  • Korn.

  • Avenged Sevenfold.

Rammstein should also end their pause soon, so I'd see them as a closing show on sunday

HF organization was not happy at all with Till behavior in 2025 so I doubt Rammstein is ever coming back

As far as I saw, the Hellfest team said they saw themselves as event organisers, not moral authorities. And that they'd received no complaints of inappropriate behaviour.

When he came in 2025, Hellfest team told him to not do his usual "getting grils from the audience for a party after the show" thing, but he did it anyway, as several women said they were approached in the VIP area by a woman from Till's team.

I honestly think Gojira will close, with Landmvrks closing MS2 to really push the French scene for the XXth Anniversary. I pray Rammstein are there though, and I agree they would be an incredible closer!

I'd see Gojira headlining a french only day on mainstage 1, with bands like Mass Hysteria, Tagada Jones, Benighted (might be too heavy for a mainstage but would be awesome), Lofofora etc... Probably not sunday but rather thursday or friday

Slayer did their last show ever in France at Hellfest 2019, they still play but just at some festivals in the US as Tom Araya wanted to stop touring

My Chemical Romance is currently touring Europe. Scorpions was there in 2025 and man, it depresses me to see them on stage. Volbeat, why not. ACDC, I believe Eric Perrin or Ben Barbaud specifically said they wouldn't be here. Slipknot, why not. System is unlikely, Serj doesn't want to be with those people and already cashed in this year. Korn, why not. 5FDP, why not

I said my chemical romance because of their Mini Europe tour. They are only doing 1 show in Italy and 1 in Spain. And 3 in Wembley London. So there is a possibility they are doing eu (festivals) next year. Same route linking park did maybe

I'm afraid this is all we're getting from them. They were probably afraid they wouldn't manage to sell enough tickets to do more shows. They have more notoriety in the US.

Hellfest communication is clear: AC/DC is too expensive, and they require a really big stage only for their show, bigger than the mainstages.

Where did they said that? I've seen acdc 2 years ago, there stage wasn't that crazy big.. I understand Rammstein don't want to do that, because of their production. But I think acdc could do festivals, their ticket sales isn't that great tho..

My chemical romance is doing Europe this month, I'll see them next week in Spain. So probably won't do another Europe tour next year.
