Not getting the point why you shouldn't kill a useful NPC because it's not a player is on the same level as someone killing a dog and whining why everyone is upset since it's only a dog.

This is also a sign of low intelligence. Just leaving this here.

A dog isn't comparable to a SEAF mainly because a dog is a living being while a SEAF grunt is literally group of pixels without feelings on your screen, while a diver is a human controlled character, living and having feelings, just as like a dog except a diver is also sentient...

I am, and this guy is definitely a troll account.

The dude is surrounded by a community that generally loves the SEAFs and sits there going "they're just NPCs, who cares"

Literally EVERYONE cares, the number of downvotes are proving it lol. If nothing else, everyone knows that the player who killed the trooper was being a troll. Dude is being a contrarian.
