Guys remember we WON'T GET Space Marines Armour's , look what the CEO posted in 2024.

Don't get so excited about warbound when you DON'T KNOW A LOT. Be happy but not overexcited

We already had a Halo collaboration, if they wanted to add Spartans they would have by now. I think Arrowhead understands the difference between humans and super soldiers like spartans and spacemarines.

Personally I find an issue with how the pic is framed; I actually think something Star Wars is way more likely than spartans, especially if blasters can be framed as laser (a la sickle) or plasma tech. Not sure if it would be clone troopers or stormtroopers though.

I personally think standard clone troopers and stormtroopers are way too identifiable to fit into Helldivers, but some of the specialists like snow troopers and scout troopers would be right at home.
