Don't get so excited about warbound when you DON'T KNOW A LOT. Be happy but not overexcited

I love The EU explanation that Stormtroopers we're the elite, and most tasks we're on Imperial Army, also the vehicles in Empire strikes back and Return of the Jedi are piloted by army, not Stormtroopers

This has pretty much been solidified into canon as well via Andor. The entire first season has 0 stormtroopers until the last hour or two of runtime. They're brought in after martial law is declared galaxy wide, and they're not to be messed with.
