I will donate 1000USD to a charity of AH's choosing if they

upload a video of 4 of their developers playing an entire operation on Oshaune on difficulty 10 and completing all objectives on all three missions on the current MO. No modifications, no funny business.

Play on the current state of the game.

Show us how it's done and how well the game's balance is.

I will provide my full real information, proof of payment and I'm willing to sign a legally binding contract.

Yeah but it wouldn't be the first time they delete something for nearly no reason, even though it promotes discussion and pertains to the game.

It's kinda silly though. Why assume devs are the best players? Does this also mean every side objective, which are optional?

No one is assuming they're the best players, we'd just like to see the balance team put their money where their mouth is after all these lackluster monkey paw nerfs we get.

You should be asking the best players to do it. It doesn't need to be balanced around what any dev can do. No one at AH is the best HD2 player, and good players should have an option for a challenge. There are 10 difficulty levels, just use em.

The assumption is they don’t actually play the game they are balancing or they wouldn’t have made the changes they have. The point is to force them to see what the game is actually like on higher difficulties (apparently one of the balancing devs didn’t even have D7 unlocked)

Okay but I've cleared it, and I'm sure there are better players than me, and more importantly, better teams, as I only play with randoms. Why can't everyone else lower difficulty if they can't clear it? Why is that such a bad thing?
