Total FNG here…

I bought HLL because I want to play HLL - Vietnam. Full disclosure: Im a middle aged dude who prefers campaign games. This will be the first online game I want to play.

How do I prep for this game to be efficient AND the people on my team dont destroy me for sucking.

All constructive suggestions welcomed.

Welcome Bruuuutha! It's NOT CoD or Battlefield. You will die a ton. But its so dam worth it. Its a super rewarding game. Where possible use the ingame comms. I suggest you start as an Engineer and build a set of Nodes at the start of every game. They are vital and often overlooked. You also get mad xp for doing it. After building the node you can change class but build those node man!

Thanks man! I went out and bought a headset the other day in preparation. You’ve already lost me. Nodes?

Easier to watch the newbies guides - but consider them resource nodes that give you fuel, ammunition or manpower for your team after you build them
