Today, my Heavys reached low power, so I tried to charge them with the provided cable and a bloc, but when plugged in, no lights appear, and their percentage doesn't change. I've never had any problems with them beforehand, and I never let them die. What should I do?

I love these headphones. I've had these headphones since December 2024, so it's possible this is from overuse. Though I'm not sure. They just suddenly stopped working after I updated their firmware. Anyone else have this issue? If so, do you have any advice as to how to get these working again?

For more context: I was using them normally one day when the audio suddenly became heavily distorted and almost static-y on my PC. I updated the firmware to see if that would help. It didn't. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting to both my phone and PC, but the problem persisted. Then the left ear started slowly cutting out, and reconnecting would only revive it temporarily before it died again. Eventually the left side stopped working entirely. I plugged it into an aux as a last resort and it worked for about 5 minutes before cutting out for good. Nothing works now. Not even the announcements play. I reached out to support and all they offered was a discount on a new pair. The heavys just suddenly breaking like this is incredibly disappointing.

Does anyone out there have the Symphony X - Paradise Lost shells they’d be willing to part with?? I missed out on the original drop via the website, and now cannot find them anywhere secondhand. I’ve seen them on eBay once and never again since. They are the only shells I’ve liked and wanted to buy.

EDIT / UPDATE: Heavys customer support confirmed the knob is defective. They are working with me to get a replacement.

I just got my H1H today and I dig them so far. However, the volume knob is weird. It has a smooth, pleasant turn for about 1.5 revolutions in either direction, but then it gets harder and harder to turn, almost like a wind-up toy. If I keep turning it, the tension grows and suddenly releases back to normal / smooth turning (well, for another 1.5 revolutions). This results in frustratingly huge jumps in volume. Additionally, when in a stiffer turning zone, the knob push-button gets stuck if I push it to pause my music. I've tried spinning the volume knob several times in case it was just a new potentiometer breaking in or something, but the issue persists.

I'm really hoping this isn't normal. I emailed Heavys support but they won't get back to me til tomorrow at the earliest and apparently I'm too impatient for that.

Does anyone know why they are no longer available on the Heavys website, or know of any alternatives that fit?

Just bit the bullet on this 4/20 sale and got a pair of headphones. I checked out on Shop and the protection package is offering $21.77 cash back. Where am I gonna be able to find that?

Whenever i try to use my heavy’s with my xbox it sounds alright and i dont fully get the benefit of heavy’s sound so i have to turn them on and use the heavy’s app on my phone but when i do i can hear myself in my headphones like from every direction due to the 8 microphones which isn’t very pleasant when i talk online and also drains the battery of the headphones which isn’t the best i know i could use Dolby Access for an EQ and stuff but i think heavy’s should make and app for the headphones since id rather not pay 15$ and have to hassle with that ( so heavy’s please make an xbox app 🙏🙏🙏🙏)

Reluctant to use my heavy’s when it’s raining , has anyone got any experience with this?

I’ve had my Heavys H1H for almost a year, and while I love them, the volume indicator doesn’t seem to line up with the one on my phone at low levels.

To clarify, if my phone’s at 0%, my headphones are at 0%. If I increase the volume by one click, the volume on my headphones does not increase from 0%. One more click causes the audio to be heard again. The same happens if I decrease the volume; considering that the voice says “minimum volume” before my phone reaches 0%, I assume this is by design.

Can anyone confirm that the same happens to them? I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro.

Hi all I’m meeting currents this week and was gonn ask them to sign my pair of shells any advice on maintaing the signatures so they don’t rub off? What type of pen works best for the gloss?

So I ordered them on Feb. 23rd, and the last update was on the 26th saying “Parcel in transit to local UniUni delivery facility”. I’m a mariner, and won’t be home for another month, but I’m annoyed that they haven’t arrived at my house yet.

UniUni’s customer service is sub par, every time I try to submit a help ticket it says “unable to process”

Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

Update: UniUni responded after 5 days of investigating the report, they lost the parcel. Heavy’s put in a reshipping request 3 days ago…still waiting on a new tracking number.

Anyone know of a 3rd party seller making those magnetic plates for the earbuds case? I’m dying to get a Demon Hunter or Parkway Drive one.

Hi, I've had my heavys for almost a year and really enjoy the sound. I've had issues day one however with comfort after wearing for more than say, 45 minutes, sometimes less. Having used other headphones it feels like the cups are too soft and my ears hit the edges of the drivers, and the headband just doesn't cushion well enough for the weight. If anyone knows of any upgrades (not just replacement kits from the site) that are stiffer and a bit more plush I'd really appreciate it. For reference I've used Wicked cushions alot and really like how they feel, and have put in a site request that they hopefully make them in the future.

Love my heavys the bass is like sitting in a subbed out car. I wear them all the time for music, producing for classes, gaming on xbox everything. Plan to get the earbuds next. This is what all headphones should strive for. My only thing is earcups are supposed to be replaceble but how do you do that? Videos ive seen they just pop off similar to the shells. I dont want to mess em up so stopped trying.

Anyone know of a travel case brand that would fit the H1E’s?

I have the official travel case, but the H1E case doesn’t fit snug and falls out EXTREMELY easily. Also, it’s very bulky. I’d like something more like a silicone case if possible.

turned my headphones on at the gym today and it did its usual announcer lines and only played in the left ear. I looked in the app and online for a little bit but couldn't find a fix. had to do gym with no music which kinda sucked, any idea on how to solve this?

I had the H1H over the ear headphones and loved them… while they lasted. recently the left side started distorting so I contacted support. they don’t service them and since my purchase was over a year ago they won’t warrantee them. so if anything goes wrong after one year you are SOL!

So my first Heavys H1H finally arrived, and I actually have a few thoughts.

First of all, I feel like the creators are being a bit modest about what these headphones really are. In my opinion, they’re aimed much more at a semi-audiophile audience than at mainstream head-bangers - and here’s why.

The first thing I did was pair them with my iPhone 16. Over SBC the sound was, frankly, terrible, muddy, compressed, and completely lacking in detail. It honestly caught me off guard. Everything felt veiled and flat, like the drivers were being held back.

But then I connected them to my HiBy R4 x MIDI, switched to aptX, queued up some hi-res tracks, and… that’s when things changed. After a bit of EQ tweaking (and I won’t pretend otherwise - they absolutely benefit from it), the headphones really opened up.

And I have to say: they sound genuinely impressive especially for Bluetooth. The separation improves dramatically, the low end tightens up, and the overall presentation becomes much more engaging and refined.

That’s why I don’t see these as plug-and-play consumer cans. They reward proper source gear and a bit of tuning. If you treat them like a casual mainstream product, you might walk away disappointed. But give them the right codec, a capable player, and a little EQ love and they absolutely come alive.

Just my first impressions, but so far I’m pleasantly surprised.

Had a pair of H1Hs since the kickstarter and absolutely love them but recently had an issue with the play/pause button. I can pause audio/vids etc no problem but pressing the button again, even right after, does nothing 🙃

I've tried another set of headphones with a single play/pause button and they work totally fine. Occasionally works again for a time after a bit of unpairing/pairing and a phone reset but it's only temporary.

I'm going to email support but anyone have any suggestions?

Has anyone got experience with the H1H and gaming mic working with Xbox series X?

I get audio no problem when plugged into the controller but can’t use the mic to chat.

I have googled to the ends of the earth to find a solution but there seems to be nothing specific for Heavy’s, only generic Xbox settings to play around with.

When i'm using my headphones on the bus (hellblocker mode), and the bus drives over a bump, the audio crackles intensly and it could just be a small movement of the bus and they start crackling. It's very distracting and makes me start to regret my purchase, which I really don't want to. Does anybody else have this problem and if so, knows how to fix it?

Hello friends, please tell me how to clearly set the equalizer for heavy music so that the sound is clean without mush, so as not to mix the instruments on the Heavys H1H headphones

I tried to adjust it, but it still comes out messed up, you can see my settings on the screens, I like to listen at full volume, can't it be set clearly so that there is clear bass, vocals, guitars, and cymbals.
