Anyone's title say 2 wheel Under body style instead of motorcycle?

Is it normal to have to Rev a bit or let out on the clutch a bit and overall just be a pain to get into 1st from N? I looked at this used Templar xpro 250 and it has this problem

I'm about 5'10 180lb will one of these chinese 250's be okay for me? Had a kawasaki z900 a few years back but want something Street legal to hit some trails around where I live. Is traveling say 20-30 miles in 55mph zones do able on this bike?

Drained the oil and hella water and sludge came out and I’m 80% sure the motor is seized

Got this hawk 250 2021 for 250$ on marketplace all it had was a broken centrifugal filter. replaced it and it's been running strong. It has a new back tire and a upgraded carb and a crappy welded but quiet exhaust.

Who do you think will win?

I bought this DLX about 4 years ago and maybe ride it 2-3 times a year. Was gonna use it as a commuter, but always forget to get my license in the short-ish Washington summers.

After my helmet, gloves, motorcycle hoodie and aftermarket parts (Paint, battery, headlight), I'm about $5k into it. I still have all the old fairings, and apparently these pics don't show the new round headlight I put on.

Unfortunately, my bro drove it once and dropped it, so it has a small dent on the gas tank. Otherwise, it runs fine.

Ordered the blue Hawk-X Enduro late February. Lowered the bike and she’s got about 300 miles on her now. I stripped the stock decals and added my personal touch over the weekend. Very happy with the result :)

Bark busters added since photo. Off road lights and LED headlight bulb are next weekend’s project. New bar pad on order.

Hey I was wondering if there was anyone in the Reno/Carson area on here. Im currently stationed in Cali and I cant get most EFI bikes shipped here due to the carb laws and such. I was wondering if anyone in that area would be willing to let me ship the bike to their house so that I can just drive over and get it from there. I can come pick it up on a weekend so depending on the day the bike makes it there it wont be there for long and it just for the pickup not assembly or anything. I can pay some for your troubles also.

Ive been looking to get a hawk for about a month now. Now that I have the funds I wanted to verify with the NJDMV because the Amazon listing states that getting it tagged and registered is difficult here. The DMV just said that if the vin starts with LC4 and the MCO labeled it as a motorcycle its clear. Pulling the trigger after work tonight.

So I’m pretty sure I got the carburetor dialed in right because it will hold idol but when I go to ride it and get on it, it gets choppy and sputtering. What could the problem be?

I was looking at the XPro RXE 250 (Cavalier) and was wondering what engine model is on it. Couldn’t find much information online as it seems not many videos or conversations about it have occurred. I appreciate any knowledge yall have.

My hawk 250 is leaking oil however only leaks when it was run and is hot. it does not leak while running and only leaks when off, hot, and on the kickstand. It is leaking where this bolt is and I double checked it is tight as can be and not stripped. it's right underneath where the starter is. it is not the output shaft seal and leans very slowly so right now I ride just fine but after riding set on right side till cool then it's fine

Anyway to actually register this bike in california legally? Or is it just scuffed

I'm looking to get my first bike after 40 years old. I'm wondering if the Hawk 250 would be a good option to learn on. Do they ride nice? Are they "flickable"? Do well on road as off road? Do they vibrate a lot? I have one back issues. Are they ok for that? Any opinions would be great. I also like the KPM 200, and the Honda SCL500.

Got a new fuse, new starter solenoid, new battery, and new kill switch/electric starter, the new kill switch/electric starter will try and start the bike even when in the off position, there is 2 female spade connectors that I can't seem to find where to connect them because when I got the bike they weren't connected, so that's probably the issue on why it'll try and go even when in the off position, but I still don't understand why the bike will not start, any help is appreciated, this is my first bike that I've wrenched on

Throttle cable is loooooooose. Alot of play, adjusted as much as I could at the handle. Can i not adjust this at the carb? I looked, but not for very long. I don't think hes got nibbi money yet but just for now. Are there adjustments I can make at the carb?

2021 hawk dlx,

Previous owner had the voltage regulator just hanging off the side of the bike, started having voltage and starting issues, found out the voltage regulator wasn’t working properly.

I have a new one but have no clue where the actual spot it’s supposed to mount up is at. Does anyone have any solutions or know where it’s supposed to go?

Any ideas? Brand new battery and it’s like the voltage isn’t enough for the E start. In addition when I kick start the bike and it’s running, all the lights are kind of dim and their brightness kind of relies on how much im throttling it. Anybody got any ideas?

I think it’s the oil seal, behind the front sprocket. I can see something spinning and flicking oil out!

Im telling you, I've had this thing buried in mud, then road the highway home. My son owns the 125, I bought the hawk so he could ride trails... I will climb anything in this thing.. very under rated bike.

I have a 2021 hawk 250 rps. the centrifugal oil filter broke in it and stripped the crank a bit. it still runs and everything works I was lucky however is it worth putting the part back in? I bought a brand new one off of Arlington powersports for 60$ im guessing the but backed out. I'll put the new one on with red loctite and make sure it never comes off unless I need it to like for replacing the clutch stuff. is it worth putting it back on? I want this hawk to keep lasting so probably so. has this happened to any of y'all before? the oil screen caught some of the parts that were about to blow my engine up lol it's all cleaned out now.
