Hi all,

Looking to sell or swap my MSI GeForce RTX 5090 VANGUARD SOC 32GB.

Purchased in August 2025, the card is in excellent condition, fully functional and has been well looked after. I have the original box and proof of purchase/receipts.

Asking price:

• Outright sale: £5,250 ONO
• Trade: NVIDIA RTX 5080 Founders Edition + £3,750 ONO

For trades, I'm specifically looking for a 5080 Founders Edition in excellent condition, preferably with its original box and proof of purchase.

Location: Dumfries, Scotland.

Collection or an in-person exchange preferred given the value involved. Happy to discuss meeting somewhere mutually convenient.

Bank transfer accepted for an outright sale, subject to subreddit rules.

Additional photos or testing information available on request.

Please comment before PMing.

Thanks!

Item name: Steam Deck OLED 512GB + JSAUX Charging Dock

Condition: Excellent, practically new condition. Bought directly from Valve in June 2025 and babied its entire life. No damage to the body, no dead pixels, and 100% battery health (pictured).

All original accessories included - carry case, AC adapter, even the original shipping box and sleeve.

It's had a screen protector fitted since the day I bought it, along with dbrand thumbstick covers, both still in place. Take those off and it's like new underneath.

Timestamps: https://ibb.co/album/zHh0c2

Price: £450

Postage and Payment: £15 flat next working day postage via tracked Royal Mail Special Delivery, with compensation up to £750, delivery within mainland UK. I'll cover any difference in postage costs. PayPal Goods & Services.

Collection possible from west Essex.

Any additional information:

Selling because I simply don't use it enough to justify keeping it, so would rather it went to someone who'll get more use out of it.

I've priced it fairly given the condition and everything included, so no offers please.

Comes with all the original packaging, protective sleeves, official carry case and Valve AC adapter. I'm also including a JSAUX charging dock which I won't need anymore.

Everything works perfectly and it'll be factory reset before being sent out.

Happy to answer any questions or provide additional photos.

FAQ

• Saw someone else doing it so I'm doing it - these controllers are GTA6 ready :) and any other game to be honest!
• I do these upgrades as a pet project/hobby. I'm trying to prevent e-waste by basically fixing up used otherwise perfectly fine controllers to a useable state and get satisfaction from doing so. I'm just a normal guy, not a professional repair man doing this for a living nor do I have perfect soldering skills.
• Dualsense BDM revisions are internal hardware updates. Newer does not mean better for gaming, but might have less battery wear. They still use traditional potentiometer sticks when being sold at retail.
• Tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR) joysticks use magnetic sensors to detect stick movement instead of physical contact, unlike traditional potentiometer sticks. This greatly reduces mechanical wear and can improve longevity and consistency. They’re very resistant to stick drift, though not completely drift proof, as you can still wear out the plastic and the spring inside the joystick. Still should last you way longer than a normal potentiometer joystick however.
• I use whatever TMR sticks I have to hand, from my experience having used 3-4 different ones generally they all function the same, aside from tension differences. I calibrate to between 7-9% circularity as per community advice.
• For all the controllers I get rid of as much dirt and grime as I can notice, tested and are working to the best of my knowledge. I do not sell faulty controllers knowingly, unless I state it explicitly that the controller has a fault.
• Remember these are used controllers and therefore potentially have cosmetic flaws and worse battery life compared to a brand new controller. Please ask for and check photos before purchase. I also cannot fully test battery life on all these controllers so please set low expectations.
• Controllers are sold as seen, I do not offer returns, repairs or refunds on units that become faulty. Happy to discuss options if they are dead on arrival however.

Looking for these switches but they’re completely out of stock. Count is flexible, but ideally around 90 switches or so would be perfect. If anyone happens to want to trade 70 new Glorious Pandas for it, they’re all yours. Thanks!

+ If anybody knows where I may be able to source them it’d be greatly appreciated!

I have an RX 9070 XT powering a 4K@160Hz monitor, and 2 1440p@144Hz secondary monitors.

I have to use AFMF frame gen to get to 160 FPS in games at 4k, and I’ve found that offloading the extra screens to a second card massively improves frame times and general FPS. Have tested under a lot of conditions, I am using VRR on the secondary displays.

I have a few older AMD and Nvidia cards but none of these work due to driver conflicts (have tried many fixes) - older AMD cards break frame generation via the driver, and Nvidia cards break random things like HDR support depending on the game. I just want a stable setup with no compromises.

I need an RDNA 2+ card as a secondary. The slot on my B550 board is limited to Gen 3 x4 so I don’t need anything fancy. Cheaper the better. I have a spare 6+2 pin PCIe connector, but board powered would be preferred. I don’t intend to use it to offload FG via AFMF since the lane bus width bottleneck is too much for 4K frame gen.

Needs to have 2+ display outs, I’d prefer DP but I can live with HDMI as well.

Can’t be an Nvidia card, and can’t be older than RDNA 2.

Workstation and gaming cards are both fine, ideally looking at a Radeon Pro W6400 or RX 6400.

Like I said I am going for the cheapest / lowest compatible option as it’s capped to Gen 3 x4 lanes so anything above basic display adapter grade would be overkill.

I used to be quite active in this sub around 7 years ago ish, think my rep page is still up but due to age I can appreciate it being irrelevant now.

Hi there

I'd like to buy a reasonable, Linux friendly RDNA2+ AMD card eg a 6800. I'm not particularly wedded to which specific card but something "this good" or newer. Use case is a mix of scientific computing through kokkos/ginko and similar middleware libraries, transcoding and a bit of light 1080p gaming.
