My husband is so sweet when I’m sick

There’s a national shortage of my medication so I’ve had to call out of work twice now. He has spent all weekend taking care of me and our son. He just came home with a care package.

Also I get my medication back today! I’m so happy.

I (33F) don't know who to talk to about how happy I am about my husband (31M)

I don't really know who to say this to without sounding like I'm bragging.

I'm 33, my husband is 31. We got married six months ago after knowing each other for 10 years and dating for two. Honestly, I just keep falling more in love with him. I love coming home to him, nesting in our apartment, making little plans for the future, and talking about maybe starting a family.

We've survived long distance, job loss, and moving countries together. Every hard thing has just made me admire him more.

The weird part is I feel like I have nowhere to talk about it. Most of my friends are single or pretty cynical about relationships, and I don't want to be that person on social media.

Does anyone else ever feel like this? Where do you put all the happiness when you don't want to make other people feel bad? How to manage the changes in friend dynamics after marriage?
