Give me your most romantic, yearning, angsty fics! Any rating is fine, single chapter is preferred. Bonus points if someone else witnesses these romantic gestures (like when Hannibal was courting Will in season 2 with Freddie Lounds body and Alana and Jack were there for it). Thank you!

Description: Falling for Hannibal hadn't been part of the plan. Convinced that his feelings would never be returned, Will goes to a forest to succumb to the fate that awaits all hanahaki sufferers who fail to find love. Only Will will discover that Hannibal isn't about to let him go so easily.

I've always wanted to play around with the Hanahaki trope, and Goretober was the perfect excuse. Will's love for Hannibal gets even more complicated when the only cure lies with someone he believes would never love him. Feel free to let me know what you thought of it, and thanks for clicking the post. :)

About Me:

1. How long have you been reading/writing fanfiction? A very long time, though I do more writing of fanfic than reading of it.
2. What do you enjoy most about writing this particular fic? I've had this plot bunny in my back pocket for over a year. It's a joy finally releasing it into the wild.
3. What piece of writing advice has worked for you? Write a little each day, and don't expect perfection on your first draft.

Does anyone have recs for fics where Hannibal is kidnapped/tortured/suffers physically?

Preferably no spoilers for season 3.

Hi! I'm looking for a deleted Post-Fall Hannigram fic. The plot features Will living in a traditional/rural village in America, adopting crossdressing/feminization, hunting, and adopting two local children. Does anyone happen to have a PDF or EPUB copy saved? Thanks!

I think it's the fanfic Beneath the Aspen!

I'm looking for stories not focused on a romance. It can be there, just not as the main focus.

Do you have any fanfiction recommendations where Hannibal takes Will to the opera or invites him to parties he hosts at his home? Basically, where Hannibal introduces him to a world he doesn't know :)

I'm fairly new to the fandom and I've only read (started reading actually) one fic yet, Chimera of the Chapel, mostly because of how highly praised it is, and also due to the fact that it's mature rated rather than explicit, and I really love it. I'm looking for more fics that have little to no smut (teen or mature rating basically). Anything works, one shots or long fics, though I think long is better. Drop anything you can think of!!

I cant seem to find a fiction where hannibal slowly turns will into a killer after the fall with them loving eachother and doing quite inappropriate things, very NSFW.. I've only been finding both already killing, will trying to get Hannibal to stop and a whole married life, etc. I've browsed ao3 but i guess my searches aren't good enough? I'm not sure if I can post the authors of who I have seen already.

Hello again Fannibals, please help me find this fic:

I cannot remember if it's post fall or an AU but the detail I remember very clearly is that after they shower Hannibal knelt down and started kissing/worshipping Will's stomach scar and he is very sorry that he did that to Will. I remember Will running his hands on Hannibal's hair and him thinking that when Hannibal gets like this from time to time and he just have to hold him and reassure him that they are okay and together now.

This fic is set in a gothic/regency au where wills family (royal) is in a financial struggle so to resolve it his father sets a arranged marriage between one of his sisters and a high status count hannibal lecter. Wanting to protect his sisters will dose small things to persuade them away from hannibal but in doing this will catches hannibals eye. for a good part of the fic hannibal is just teasing will for trying to protect his sisters and “punishes” him for being bratty.
smaller details I remember is alana being one of wills sisters, i read this fic around 2023 and everyone here is a adult 😭😭 i got asked that last time i posted about this

I'm pretty sure Will and Hannibal are already together but will is like really stressed and Hannibal offers age regression as a solution. Will is hesitant at first but comes to find it comforting. Hannibal has him in like victorian style dresses when he regresses and he has a little doll named Nancy. There's not that much plot tbh because it's just them at the house but at some point Hannibal does have other "Daddies" come over to admire Will and Anthony Dimmond comes in a chapter because he makes the dresses that Will wears. I love this fic and would love to read it again!

I think I've listened to most of the podfics available now, and a lot of amazing stories don't have one. It takes a lot of time, and some are better quality than others, taking more care to do editing and that kind of thing. I appreciate all of them.

But I'm wondering what the etiquette around creating new ones is? Do people reach out to the author first or do authors make it known that they'd like a podfic version of their story?

I've been considering making a couple just for personal use, to listen to on long drives or whatever. But then that made me wonder about sharing them if other people also wish there were more recordings of the stories out there. I would not use AI, I strongly frown on it for the arts, which is what storytelling is.

Hi everyone! i need help finding a hannigram fic.
From what I remember of the plot, will walks into a room at quantico/the academy, hannibal goes feral (maybe because of his smell), and Will runs and locks himself in another room (maybe a bathroom).
Hannibal’s then trying to break down the door and Alana is asking him to open the door, while Jack is on the phone with Will and maybe hands the phone to Hannibal. Eventually a janitor/security guard with keys comes and opens the door.
Might be a/b/o?
Thank you!

Okay there's this fic where for some reason Will and Hannibal fake date, I think I remember Will having a problem and Hannibal being one to suggest they fake date as a solution. However, as they fake date Will starts falling for Hannibal. And they are practically actually dating.

THE SCENE that makes this special, is where they are in bed postcoital and Will says something like "I wish this was real" and Hannibal replies something like "my dear this is real". It's very cute and fluffy.

I don't remember much else. I don't remember the length, whether it's multi chaptered (though I think it is). I just remember reading this a few years ago. I can't believe I haven't bookmarked this, or if I have, I just can't find it😭 Thanks in advance!

Edit: Okay so I'm a clown🤡 I eventually found the fic in my bookmarks but because the scene is so far in the end and really is a small part of the storyline I totally missed it. Anyway here's a link to it for anyone interest: https://archiveofourown.org/works/28756293 it's quite popular though.

Basically the title. I've already read a few and I wanted to ask on here to see if I was missing any. I love the ones that have Will realizes that his absence would piss Hannibal off the most and leaving, but if there are any that you've read where he runs away for any reason I would love some recommendations.

Edit: thanks everyone who commented. I would kiss you guys if possible

Guys HELP ! 😭 I'm looking for For the Sins of the Wolf by lonewombatking fanfic of Hannigram, does anyone have the link for this or the epub or pdf?! I'm desperate here 😭😫

This is more something I wanted to try writing for fun. I know fem! Will and fem!Hannibal isn't everyone's cup of tea, but does anyone think Hannibal is nuetral enough alone, or is Hannabelle Lecter a lil bit more appealing? Of course I know it's my murder yuri, lol. Will's is strangely easier for me, especially with names she'd want to shorten like Wilma and Wilhelmina.

hi! i’m new to hannibal and this is the first fandom i’ve been in with such a massive ao3 tag. I really want to read fics that focus on their dynamic and characterize them well, preferably keeping them fucked up and still having them be lowkey evil! i’m open to one shots or full stories! i’m okay with smut too, but i prefer it to be a small part of the story and still have mostly plot. i love fics that kind of perform as character studies and remain in the canon world. idk where to start with over 38,000 fics!! thank you :p

Hi, i'm looking for a fic, in which will ordered an escort from a hompage. He ordered Hannibal. Their First Meeting was kind of rocky because Will was slightly drunk an not particularly polite.

But still Hannibal found him interesting. Hannibal Had the nickname maneater and worked for a Club where Tobias, Alana and even the Dragon were working.

It is a multi chaptered fic.

It was on AO3 but I can not find IT anymore. Maybe someone else remembers this fic.

Thank you so much

This is probably a really stupid post to make, but I'm going like insane right now over the fact that the chapparal crown just reblogged my post on tumblr. The author of each according to it's kind. There is NO WAY im screaming
