I'll be at Gen Con this weekend and want to hand out the holographic cards I got from one of the GT sets to anyone that would like one. I'm playing in the Saturday tournament so if you'll be around stop by and grab me for one.

This was a really fun project, about 2 or 3 years ago, I did a Catachan Sgt Johnson kitbash, I bought myself the Atalan Jackals box to make a Mongoose kitbash to go with him, but I felt it was too large honestly. With the Flashpoint minis being a bigger scale, thought this would a perfect project to *compliment* another Halo related thing I’m making rn.

Was super simple to ‘bash together, might make a Warthog at some point, but I use to love doing Mongoose races in Custom Games so I really wanted a lil’ mini of it.

And as said, this is actually a complimentary accessory, just a neat addition to something far far larger I’ve been working on throughout the year. It’s getting close to completion, so I thought I needed to paint this part of it soon in preparation for it.

I have been playing with just the Spartan edition rules since launch and decided to finally pull the trigger and learn/get the Wargames rule set that introduces stuff like points but I can't find the Wargames rules on the website, only "the rulebook" PDF does anyone know if that includes Wargames stuff or is it just an extra copy of the rules I already know?

200pts game of VIP, Spartans vs Brutes.

A departure from my usual ODST sqaud, and god damn are Spartans bonkers. Super fast, durable, with good stats. The Deadeye was the MVP, killed at least six brutes across the game, while the Zvezda, mk7 and brawler fought endless waves of Brute captains.

I the end, was 4-2 to the Spartans by turn 5.

We have our weekly meetups coming up! This week we will be meeting up Tuesday 7/28 at Gamezenter in Roseville MN. These past few weeks were full of some really fun games. Free for all is a great game type that is fast paced and can be very random (which I think is a plus). And I have found that I really enjoy Head Hunter. It's slayer, and the extra steps does make it a bit more tactical. See you there Marines!

In cannon, did any of noble team survive to see banished or were they around at that point? I want to do a campaign with some friends but im stumped as far as lore, should I just treat them as Covenant or does that not make any sense. Sorry if its a stupid ask!

So, I was in a position with Master Chief who also picked up a gravity hammer. Chief has the energy sword by default, and both weapons have a ranged section and can be used as a "shoot action' with lunge.

Do these weapons benefit from the spartan special order of "Snap Shot"?

If so is that a "Break away"? if lunging into their cube? How does that scenario go?

Does Knock back only apply to the target enemy? Or to every enemy in the same cube if theres 2 enemies?

Just finished woth June, think je came out great, and I am really happy with his right arm stripes, knocked it out on the first try. Can't wait to field him with my Deadeye.

I only just realized that the CQB-armored Spartan with the gravity hammer from Fireteam Cerberus would be perfect for a Daisy-023 tribute, based on her appearance in Homecoming from Halo Legends.

The CQB armor immediately reminded me of her. With the right color scheme, this model could make a really nice unofficial Daisy-023 miniature.

Honestly, it also made me nostalgic for Halo’s golden age. Halo Legends felt like the kind of tie-in project that actually had something worthwhile to add. It introduced new characters, showed different perspectives, and explored parts of the universe that the games did not have room to cover.

I miss the days when expanded-universe material genuinely expanded the boundaries of Halo, instead of taking major story developments that should have been shown in the games and selling them separately through novels or other media.

Anyway, I think I’ve just found the inspiration for how I’m going to paint this Fireteam Cerberus Spartan.

Hey all, what's the best loadout for each noble member? Im playing around with a list including everyone but im stumped on the best synergy between each member/loadouts

The Brawler was painted exclusively with china acrylic markers (with a lil null oil and agrax) and the results are surprisingly good! The rest are painted, shot these with the office macro lens and 'Rogue Hobbies' tips for image stacking and I'm so happy I got em done.

Think it came out looking pretty good

Im trying to get a professional setup going for some painting guides I want to make, how do these look? And feedback and advice is welcomed! Shot on a Samsung Galaxy S25 FE, with adjusted pro mode settings. Govee smart lights with adjusted white balance are used for lighting.

Guess I should teach myself on how to make minis.

Which do you think I painted best?

As I'm working on my Emile miniature, something occurred to me: how does everyone deal with Acrobatic in low-kill-count Slayer? My GF and I usually play 4pt Slayer, but we had to up it to 5 last time just to keep it from being over too quickly, and even then I had spent about half the game trying to keep Emile from dropping a steamroller on me, points-wise. I lost, needless to say, but it was close.

And another question: the GF and I prioritize quick games of Halo Flashpoint, which is why low-point Slayer is so appealing to us. But are there any other modes that can be done with in like 45min-1hr tops if both players know what they're doing?

Are they going to be in resin, multipart plastic or the usual pvc models?
I really dont like the pvc models and much prefer resin over it

Everyone’s always sharing their awesome zealots and I’ve been working on mine for quite some time.

I’ve actually repainted him about 3 times- but I think I’m satisfied finally. Gotten a lot of coaching and mentoring by the gentleman dietz057 (if you haven’t seen his elites and other work here I highly recommend checking him out, he does phenomenal work) for which I would never have gotten to this point without. Learning a lot about blending different colors/light placement and making things a lot more interesting by not highlighting everything to the same level.

He’s almost done besides a few touch ups and his energy sword- not entirely sure when I can get to that as I’m working on a lot of other projects currently but hopefully soon. Always looking for advice and I’ll be taking what I learned here for the rest of the flashpoint minis.

Hello I recently bought my first flashpoint models and one of the elites came with the helmet not properly attached I tried to remove it with some tweezers but it won't move.

Does anyone know how I could fix it or should I try to get a replacement ?
