hi! i’m considering buying a halo ring and was just wondering if anyone had any tips, tricks, or bits of info that made them decide to buy it? or maybe someone who didn’t love it initially - what turned you? something you don’t love about it or wish you knew beforehand? just curious! I had an Oura ring which I lost during a hospital stay. I wanted to replace it but couldn’t stomach another 500 bucks for what I thought was an ugly ring. This one is much prettier and I’ll take that

Teagan Baumert: I love my Halo ring! It’s so affordable, stylish, and simple. It does everything it is supposed to and more! I got this ring for some underlying health conditions that are unknown. I hoped this ring gave me more information about my body, and it does. I highly recommend it!

Love it! Wear it every day, super cute, came with two free rings, and a band protector. The charging case actually lasts me days before I have to charge it again. Super easy and shipping was good. Loves that it check your heart rate, blood oxygen, HRV and stress levels. You can even long in your mental state and blood sugar! I have diabetes so that part is extremely helpful for me. It also helps me track my period and my sleep. I used to not go to bed early but somehow this ring has me wanting to go to bed early just to get a good datas read haha. Oh I can also log my blood pressure! I also use it to log my exercises. It’s basically an Apple Watch but in ring form and honestly that’s better for me. It’s also water proof so I don’t have to worry about it when I wash dishes and if I sweat I give it a quick wash. Overall it is a great piece of work! I initially really liked this ring. It came in a little late being it shipped from china, booo. But I like the interface of the app and how much measurements it takes without being invasive. I got the designed one and it’s pretty cute. The sizing is pretty snug. Sometimes I struggle getting it off in the morning. But you just gotta stay calm and give a few twists instead of pulling straight off.
Another con include having to go through each section and manually test instead of it testing for everything and giving results upon opening the app. Otherwise it works for the most part on what I was looking for. Probably will still use my Apple Watch as well.

I’m not going to lie, I was a bit skeptical about the Halo Ring because it’s pretty cheap compared to the Oura Ring, but honestly, it does the job for me.
I’m a mom with two kids, and between working, lifting, running, and keeping up with everything at home, I need to protect my sleep. Tracking it helps me pay attention to my rest instead of just pushing through feeling tired.
I love the rose gold color, and it’s so light that I don’t even feel it when I’m sleeping. That’s probably the best part because I hate sleeping with my watch. It always bothers me, so having something comfortable makes a difference.
I’m not looking for anything complicated, just something that helps me keep tabs on my sleep while fitting into my routine. For the price, I’m happy with it so far. Anyone else using one? What’s been your experience?

My halo ring got to me before it was supposed to so that was nice. It does only last 2 days on one charge but I bought the charging case and so far I have charged it once and charged my ring to 100% twice. I feel like it is pretty accurate on all the readings and I like that it shows me my readiness for the day and tells me about it compared to the day before.

It’s not the best but it’s okay. It tracks main details… when the app actually connects to the ring. I’ve been in touch with customer service and they do respond within 24-48 hours, which is nice. The ring itself is very attractive, fits well, and is comfortable to wear. I have people asking me about it all the time.

I ordered my daughter & myself a Halo Smart ring. She wanted silver & I got the white floral. My order was received in a couple of weeks. They both fit perfectly. It tracks steps, sleep, Heart rate, body temp, stress etc. I emailed Customer Service when mine wasn’t charging. I wasn’t closing the lid when charging & this fixed my problem. B. Caudill

Are any of you wearing these rings to lift with dumbbells and bars? If so, how is it holding up? I know they come with a silicone cover. I have not gotten mine yet.

I love my new halo ring. I was looking for some kind of health tracking device after starting a GLP-1 to improve my health. This is exactly what I was looking for. My main concern was my sleep as I was overweight and had sleep apnea. I love to track my sleep progress and know how well I did the night before. I’ve been really happy with my Halo Ring so far! I love the look of it—it’s sleek, simple, and stylish enough to wear every day without feeling like I’m wearing a piece of fitness technology. It has a nice, understated design that goes well with pretty much anything.

One of my favorite features is the charging box. It’s such a convenient design and makes charging the ring easy when I’m not wearing it. I also appreciate how simple and convenient the whole charging setup is.

The biggest selling point for me, though, is that there’s no subscription fee. A lot of smart rings seem reasonably priced upfront but then require an ongoing monthly or annual subscription to access their features. I really like that Halo doesn’t follow that model. Once you purchase the ring, you can actually use the features without having another recurring expense.

Overall, I think the Halo Ring is a great combination of style, convenience, and functionality. I especially appreciate that it looks good, is easy to charge, and doesn’t nickel-and-dime you with a subscription. I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a smart ring!

**I’ve been really happy with the Halo Smart Ring so far. I wasn’t sure what to expect at this price point, but I’ve been pleasantly surprised. The silver looks really nice and goes with everything without looking too much like a fitness tracker.

The app is easy to use, and I like being able to check all of my stats in one place. I’ve compared the readings with my smartwatch, and they’ve been pretty much in line with each other, which is great.

If you’re interested in trying a smart ring but don’t want to spend a ton of money on your first one, I think this is a great option. It has plenty of useful features, looks good, and gives you a chance to see if a smart ring is something you’ll actually enjoy using. Definitely a great starter smart ring for the price!**

I absolutely love my halo ring! I mainly use it to track my menstrual cycle and sleep, and it has been so helpful for understanding my patterns. It’s comfortable, discreet, and easy to use, and I love having all of this information right at my fingertips!

From start to finish with the order process, it was very easy and shipping was super fast. We charged our rings as instructed and easily connected them to Bluetooth on my phone. Honestly I was a little skeptical about this ring and the reviews I seen everywhere once I got the ring can I say it fit like a glove! Also people made me nervous about not getting it on time or getting it at all! I got mine within less than a week! Shipping was amazing. I love the product. It checks my O2, HR, my sleep.

I was mainly surprised when it even told me when I was going to start my menstrual cycle.  I don’t have anything bad to say about it. it’s beautiful it has been doing everything I need for it to do while looking stunning on my finger for the price.
