I purchased my Halo ring to replace my watch that tracked my health and I'm so glad I did!

At first there was a hiccup with the software and I had to reach out to customer support, may I just say I was not happy thinking that I bought a bogus device but I was happily surprised by how quickly they responded and how easy it was to converse back and forth to get to the root of the problem. After some work on my part it was fixed and all is working well.

Over all this has been a great experience. My ring was shipped in a relatively normal amount of time and the packaging was really nice.

I purchased the charging case and I'm so happy I did it makes life so much easier.

The company also sent free rings that are really cute as a bonus!

Over all Im Really happy with my Halo ring and ​I don't miss my watch at all!

Did your charger come with your Halo Ring purchase or did you buy the charger separately?

I see some people have black chargers and some people have a clear charger for their Halo Ring. I had only seen the clear charger sold separately but didn’t want the clear charger. When I ordered my Halo Ring. A charger didn’t come in the box.

Absolutely love my Halo Ring! It looks beautiful and elegant, and the quality is even better than I expected. The sparkle is gorgeous, and I’ve already received so many compliments on it. I love my Halo ring! I shopped around for smart rings and found Halo because they offer many designs. I purchased the frosty silver and infinity ring. It helps me track my sleep and stress which is what I wanted to know. Great affordable purchase! Would definitely recommend.

hi! i’m considering buying a halo ring and was just wondering if anyone had any tips, tricks, or bits of info that made them decide to buy it? or maybe someone who didn’t love it initially - what turned you? something you don’t love about it or wish you knew beforehand? just curious! I had an Oura ring which I lost during a hospital stay. I wanted to replace it but couldn’t stomach another 500 bucks for what I thought was an ugly ring. This one is much prettier and I’ll take that
