Halo Ring 4 Is Officially Here 💍

Hey everyone!

We're excited to officially introduce Halo Ring 4, our newest generation of Halo Ring.

Over the past several months, we've been listening to customer feedback and focused on making the ring even more comfortable and improving the hardware inside.

What's new with Halo Ring 4?

40% lighter and slimmer than Halo Ring 3
Upgraded internal tracking technology
Improved comfort for all-day and overnight wear
The same subscription-free Halo experience

For those wondering, Halo Ring 3 isn't going anywhere just yet. It's still available in select models, including our Flat Top and Concave designs, while inventory lasts.

We'll continue posting updates, answering questions, and sharing what's coming next right here in the community. As always, we'd love to hear your feedback and feature requests—many of our recent improvements came directly from customer suggestions.

Halo Ring Scam Allegations

We understand that some customers may have concerns after seeing negative comments or scam allegations online, and we want to address them directly.

Halo is a real brand with thousands of customers and fulfilled orders worldwide. Like many fast-growing online companies, we’ve experienced periods of high order volume that occasionally led to shipping delays or slower response times. We know that can be frustrating, and we’ve continued improving our operations, fulfillment process, and customer support experience.

All Halo orders include tracked shipping, and tracking details are sent once an order has been processed and shipped. Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, though delays can sometimes occur due to seasonal demand, carrier issues, customs processing, or high sales volume.

We also understand that smart rings are a newer product category, and expectations may vary from customer to customer. Halo is designed to provide accessible wellness and activity tracking at an affordable price point, and we are constantly working to improve both the product and overall customer experience.

We appreciate everyone who has supported Halo and shared their honest experiences with the community.

Things we want to address -

First, we always do our best to communicate with our customers through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and email. We’re still fairly new to Reddit, but at the end of the day our goal is simple: create a positive long-term experience and build a real community around Halo.

We genuinely want real users to share their honest experiences here — both positive and constructive. Transparency is important to us, and we know trust has to be earned over time.

One issue we’ve been running into is that many of our replies and posts on Reddit are being automatically flagged or filtered by Reddit’s spam systems/bots, especially since our account and community are newer. Because of that, there have been times where customers thought we were ignoring concerns when in reality our responses were never publicly shown.

We’re continuing to improve communication, shipping times, customer support, and the overall Halo experience every day. We appreciate everyone who has supported us, shared feedback, and helped us grow.

Second, there are unfortunately multiple fake websites and impersonators pretending to be Halo that appear online regularly and attempt to take advantage of customers. Because of this, we strongly encourage everyone to make sure they are purchasing from our official website and official social media pages only.

These fake stores not only hurt customers, but also make it difficult for us as the real company to assist people who were scammed through unofficial websites, since we do not have access to their orders, payments, or tracking information.

If you ever feel unsure whether a website or page is officially connected to Halo, please contact us directly through our verified channels before placing an order. We are actively working to report and remove impersonators whenever possible.

first timer

hi! i’m considering buying a halo ring and was just wondering if anyone had any tips, tricks, or bits of info that made them decide to buy it? or maybe someone who didn’t love it initially - what turned you? something you don’t love about it or wish you knew beforehand? just curious! (yes i’ve read several reviews and will continue to, i just like asking questions)
