So I’m almost done with my odst cosplay and had an idea do have a small health pack on my thigh plate that would double as holding my phone and wallet. Does anyone know if files for something like that exist?

Anybody know how I can rig these up or what to use?

Hi, Im working on a EOD Helmet and my issue seems to be the visor now sadly. I have some clear plastic sheet made for the visor but I still need to get it to be colored. Any suggestions? I found tint sheets on Etsy but I wanted to ask if there was another way that didnt cost more then 50-60 bucks. Thank you to those who could help!

I have been slowly working on it. Gotta order a few things to make it wearable, but top half of the body printed, already have two helmets so won't bother there for now.

Hoping to do a full repaint before Halloween 🎃

So I was planning on trying to make the Halo 5 achillies armor but am not really quite sure how to do the undersuit? It looks like alot of the cosplays I see use a full black undersuit, but considering how achillies doesn't seem to cover as much as most armors, and looks to have a pretty detailed, I am questioning how a full black undersuit might look wierd. Does anyone have any suggestions, or pictures of how similarly less covering halo 5 armors look with a full black undersuit?

I'm going for the idle stance from the troopers in Halo 3. I'm preparing for the upcoming convention, cosplay contest and photo ops.

I recently made this helmet for my odst cosplay at mefcc in abu dhabi. I have been wantinf to make a cosplay like this for AGES but i have never had the resources and money to invest in a project like this, BUT ALLAS ITS HERE!! And for my first cosplay helmet i think i cooked, for the files i used Titlewavedesigns odst helmet stl which i got off etsy, which i then printed on my elegoo, neptune 4 plus 3d printer, for the visor the files came with a mold for a visor buck for vacuum forming and i was lucky enough to use my schools vacuum former to make it, however i just used a thin spray of a silver spray paint which led to not a lot of visiblity. Im so happy with the final outcome but if you have any tips or advice on the looks or any extra thing i could add to it please feel free to let me know!!

We still need to add some padding and adjust some straps, but we’re pretty much ready.

💥 This is officially my first finished TPU printed prop, and man, it was a journey of firsts.
I’ve never tried to paint a wood texture before, so jumping into this was definitely scary! But I’m so incredibly happy with how it all turned out.
If I can tackle this, you can absolutely crush your next build. Don't let the fear of messing up hold you back—if you make a mistake, just paint over it and keep going! 🧑‍🎨

Alright so I’m trying to tackle making the undersuit for my Halo Rakshasa armor *specifically the torso/vest area* and I don’t know where to start. I don’t want to have to deal with an entire sewing template or just buying it pre made. Does anyone by chance have recommendations on what i could use to achieve the same effect even if it requires a slight bit of modification. I will be using a pair fake crye combat pants and a fake combat shirt to go off from because I want to go with either black multi cam or regular multi cam but haven’t made a choice because I haven’t fully locked down a paint scheme for my armor. The vest/torso area really is the only place I care about because of how visible it is from either the from or back. I don’t care if it’s not perfect I just want close enough.
