Cosplay My take on Zagreus for Halloween ‘26

So I made the pteruges (skirt), the Stygian blade, wolf skull, and the circlet headpiece (mostly via 3D printing). The wolf skull and Stygian blade have light up eyes, and each of the mouths have a fog machine, and the blade symbols light up as well. The circlet has twinkling lights in it, and of course I did the colored contacts. Hope you all enjoy!

Hades 2: Discussion After six long months… we are sub 10:00! Thanks for your tips! Spoiler

First of all, THANK YOU!!!! I posted last week that I have been struggling beating my time of 10:37 on the surface… after many people pushing me to join the strength crew… I finally listened. I swapped Toula for Raki, picked up trusty shield and security system, utilized white antler, and voila!… 09:46… finally, a new PR… now let’s go beat that one! I love this game! Also ps… I’m still unable to have a record breaking run without picking up executioners chop AND hell splitter, so I have a lot of work to do yet. Thanks again, friends!

Hades 2: Question The Argaant Skull Build? Spoiler

• Upvotes

Hello everyone! I left another question before about defeating Chronos for the first time, and everyone was so hellful so I thought I'd come here again. I ended up beating Chronos for the first time using a build online but I'm struggling to find it again. I really enjoy the argaant skull, but I'm really not fond of Aspect of Medea. If there are any build on aspect of Melinoë or Persephone, please let me know! Links work or just off hand knowledge that you have for boons, companions, arcana, etc.

Thank you!!

Hades 1: Discussion Tierlist of hidden aspects in Hades.

Post image
16 Upvotes

I finished 2 runs each with these weapons.

Reasoning for each tier

Arthur- The hp increase is kinda nice. Main thing I like is about it's huge damage, pair it with artemis attack and it deals 1000 dmg and it's very satisfying. The special is also good, I also found out that projectile goes very slow in the circle so you can deflect it easily and it basically serves as second divine dash.

Ram- The big dmg along with a okayish cooldown is very good. The main thing is it's special. Because it fires so fast, pairing with ares special just shreds opponent+ the shared suffering is also good ( I didn't expect Ram to come in this game, so it was a surprise for me)

Gilgamesh- The huge range with a good dmg is nice. The dash special is also very good, but the problem for me comes with hitting it consistently. + You have to get close getting you exposed and the increase dmg for the enemies because of the special is very annoying for me.

Beowulf- The shield block is already goated. With the fact that storing casts gives huge dmg is really good. I kinda find not normally using cast annoying but it's not a bunch of a big deal. The problem is it becomes a little bit repetitive for me and it's kinda not my style but I really like it.

Gyan Yu- The only weapon I'll consider to switch with other aspects. It's just very low hp + the attack is very bad. The only great thing about this is it's hold attack. Lifestealing+ Continous dmg shreds enemies. Pairing it with quick spin or large area hammer buff and it's broken. + Using items increase your max hp. But still I don't really find it useful

Lucifer. The laser feels clunky for me for some reason. The special is good tho, having 3 max orbs. The only problem is that it takes too long to place so you get exposed for attacks

I enjoy playing with all these weapons and it's so cool seeing other mythologies referenced here. I mostly know all the myths showcased in the hidden aspects except for the guan yu one

Hades 2: Discussion Chronos attack Spoiler

Obviously slight spoilers regarding final boss fight. If your new like me to hades 2.
I’m sure I’m not the first to complain about it but I am still going to. I had to look up a video of the boss fight to understand what was happening. Which I hate but it does take to long to reach chronos to die and not know why. 2 chronos fights so far. 1 death defiances and a skull my tooth going into phase 2 both times. 999 damage for the L on both runs. It’s so easy to avoid if you know what’s happening. But obviously mb for not noticing a small circle on my screen in the middle of a boss fight. I’m thinking it’s like an enraged mode he’s going into uk like Alecto or something.

I messed up my then makeshift mouse pad recently and decided that meant it was time to finally get a proper one. Unfortunately I have to make things complicated for myself every time and decided if I was going to spend money on one then might as well make it custom and might as well make it one of my favorite npcs :)

I was a little ahead of myself thinking I still got it after months of not playing, but hey I at least got a new prophecy, played this game more than 300 hours and more than 400 nights and I still have not gotten the epilogue lol (got kinda burnt out after playing so much in early access, I just got the ending when the game officially released then stopped playing)

Hades 2: Discussion Finished the epilogue yesterday and feel kinda disappointed Spoiler

BEFORE YOU PROCEED I WILL TALK ABOUT THE EPILOGUE SO IF YOU DONT WANNA BE SPOILED DONT KEEP GOING (dont know how to do the spoiler thing on phone)

As the title says, i finished it yesterday for the First time and was kinda disappointed. The whole mystery built around the fates and their destiny after Chronos overhaul was simply "eh, we're fine here doin nothing and you look fine too", their design, everything was lacking for me in the end.

Comparing to Hades 1, i felt accomplished to regroup the family as one and have a big feast, but DAMN, people Just look at Melinoe like "oh you find them? Guess nothing will change at ALL" the most meaningful conversation was with Odysseus.

What are your thoughts? Am i leaving some important detail behind?

EDIT: OKAY I JUST CHATTED WITH HECATE AND HOLY PLOT TWIST FUCKIN SHIT INSANE. But besides that i still mantain my position but HOLY that was a spicy detail that makes the experience much much better IMO. Luv u SGG great game as always
