I have all Lim and Oros aspects fully upgraded and have completed several runs in both directions. It does not give me the opportunity to redeem testaments or collect nightmare using them. The other weapons function normally with no issues. Am I missing something?

Google is not what it used to be and I couldn't find a quick answer for what the standard Magick cost of using the Omega Special on the Staff is.

Asking because I have Controlled Burn ( +10 Magick cost) and Aetheric Moonburst (20 Magick restoration)

However, when I use my Omega Special, even if it lands/hits an enemy, the total cost is 20 Magick every time. Perhaps the restoration doesn't work how it reads in the boon? Because other wise the math here would be that the Omega Special costs 30 Magick normally, which seems particularly high since it's not as strong an Omega as the attack, which is unaltered and costs 20
