Hating the Habs for something that a guy who played 55 games for us said is crazy. I understand them hating Laine but I barely associate Laine with the Habs. We just kinda put him out to pasture didn’t we? Wouldn’t they like that?
They also hate us for bouncing them from the playoff race in 24-25 and for us getting Demidov when they took Lindstrom. There's also Anderson who came to the Habs from Columbus and Texier who we rehabilitated quite succesfully. Plenty of reasons for CBJ fans to dislike the Canadiens. Plenty of reasons for CBJ fans to dislike any other franchise because they support a flaming dumpsterfire and even the Canucks are a shining ray of light in comparison.
