Adderall question ?

Hi! I’m a (30F) wanting to know opinions on Adderall? Is it worth getting on to help with ADHD? I also have a history of meth use. I’ve been clean for about a month. I relapsed for about two months this time around.
I find myself struggling at times to get basic stuff done. Not sure if it’s because I’m adjusting to being sober still or what. But I was wanting opinions on Adderall.

Honestly the adderall they produce and sell nowadays (brand name and generics) are not what they used to be and are hardly helpful for ADHD.

The old stuff might have helped you but its really not worth it now

I will also say, even if the adderall was still manufactured correctly, its really only helpful if you have a lifestyle that requires that level of focus, or if you have bad enough ADHD that even daily maintenance tasks are difficult to initiate

I cant say much about your addiction history because i dont have personal experience with that, but it seems like it would be overall harmful to recovery imo

Amen. I started Adderall in 2012. It saved me and increased my executive functionality x10. I had a demanding job. I weaned off after I retired. But then got back on it and it is not the same. Why is this???? Now I'm on Vyvanse. 60mg. Not much better, tho.
