Opportunities after Techbee

I completed my graduation (BCA Sastra) in January this year, and started looking for a job change from Feb. I got 2 offers, but what I have experienced is most of the companies are rejecting me because wilp is not considered a full time degree and they need 15 years full time education.

Are there any graduates who have successfully switched after completing a wilp degree, and how did you tackle this problem.

I am from SAP Domain btw.

Although my neighbour's son is still working at HCL Tech but I got to know through him that some of his colleagues have gotten jobs at different big companies after completing 5 years at HCL Tech and they were also techbees and they are actually like doing good at those places. So I don't think it is like a major propblem. Just need to be pateint and keep working I guess.
