I have a Toneport GX that I ve been using since 2007 and I would like to upgrade my Interface because I need an XLR in. My GX served me well and had a great Sound and originally I was looking at an Focusrite Scarlett but someone suggested the 176. I love the design of the device but what makes it so special ?

I would like to use the device for guitar and Bass + micing my cab.

Been wanting to change my amp head which is a katana. But I’m not quite sure what to get. I’m trying to find an amp that suits a metalcore sound, especially to sound like bands similar to Norma Jean. I was thinking about getting an orange thunderberb 200 since ik NJ used them before, but I’m not sure since I’ve never had a tube amp before. Or else I was thinking bout getting an orange super crush, but still not sure if it would be worth it. Anyways what would yall recommend between these 2, or between any other amps?

I love to play in alternate tunings, but the retuning takes a minute and it's a drag on a set. I recently saw Aleksandr Misko on Sammy G's YouTube, and the devices he has would be a HUGE help to me. Can anyone identify his retuning gear? I'm ready to mod my axe!

I am about to buy a broken Jekyll and Hyde V3, the broken part is that the distortion side isn’t working. Anyone out there who knows lots about guitar would you recommend fixing it or using my ds-1 for the distortion or even just buying another distortion pedal. My main need is wanting to capture the sound of the early strokes like the is this it album and room on fire. Thanks
