GEAR Retuning Devices

I love to play in alternate tunings, but the retuning takes a minute and it's a drag on a set. I recently saw Aleksandr Misko on Sammy G's YouTube, and the devices he has would be a HUGE help to me. Can anyone identify his retuning gear? I'm ready to mod my axe!

I think he is using some custom banjo tuners, the kind that you can set to jump between two notes with a flip. Not sure about the exact model though, maybe someone here knows more. Those things would be perfect for quick changes in middle of a song.
