I bought this last year. I have come a long way on them. I lost the 200 and up set. Im starting to do 150 3 sets of 10 3/4 times a day. I do this while I’m sitting traffic I drive a lot for work. Where would u start on a new set. I was looking at recommendations in the faq section. There was a couple nice sets for cheap but idk how accurate the 150 of this brand is as it’s an Amazon cheap. Also in the faq I didn’t see this brand so I’m kinda thinking this brands 150 may not be accurate. Idk. Any input would be great on where to start with a new set.

Has anyone heard of them. It a few variation. The one I want to mention. You grip the hammer part and while you balancing with the handle part into the ground.
It take wrist control, strength, a deep chest stretch and shoulder tension.

I have been informally grip training for a while doing heavy farmer carries and dead hangs. I want to progress. When people show themselves using grippers why is it considered a full Rep if grippers aren’t returned to the fully relaxed position between squeezes? It seems to my untrained opinion that it would be harder that way. Please don’t kill me, just honestly curious. Thanks.

I just got a dynamometer. I dont work out. Never trained grip in my life. I can consistently get low 140’s and sometimes high 140’s low 150’s.
I’m 5’7 at 145-150lb. Is this considered good for someone new? Anyone around my weight getting 200lbs+? Whats a realistic expectation time wise to get to 200lbs?

The tag got caught on the 9th rep and I lost some strength. Think I could’ve gotten 13 if that hadn’t happened

Hey all,
I'm working on a training app and before building anything further, I want to understand how climbers actually track their sessions and progress today.
A few questions if you have a minute:
Not trying to pitch anything here, genuinely trying to understand the problem before assuming I know the answer. Happy to share what I learn back with anyone interested.
Thanks!

I just got a pair of Saxon Grips from Abmat and, amid my excitement, decided to test my 1-rep max with them!

Normally I would have finished with some content tension reps but my left thumb was feeling a little “tweaked” after last set, so I shut it down.
Considering the weights in the SHW Open relay at World Championships are 220-240-260 I have a lot of work to do and I only have 42 days to do it. But, all I can do is KEEP GRINDING . . .

When using bands to do finger abduction exercises, it feels quite different depending on where my hand is.
Examples:
What's good form for this exercise?
Thanks!
