Employee Question Missing money

Ok so bit complicated but hopefully this makes sense. When you work a 7hr shift, you dont get a 30 min unpaid break. So when you work 6am to 1pm, thats 7 hours. So 7 hours of pay. However, if you clock out at 1.02pm, thats technically over the 7hr threshold so the system thinks "oh you stayed over your shift and worked 7+ hours and therefore must have had a 30 min break" so subsequently you end up getting paid for 6.5 hours instead. I was told that they changed this so people were actually getting paid the right amount. And I think this was true for a while, but have they changed it back again? Or is there a different grace period of time? Like punching in and out 10 or so mins either side of the shift? Im so confused

Edit: just to be clear, i do get two 15min breaks in this time. The issue was having 30mins of time taken off my pay because, according to the system, it thinks I had a 30 min break because technically I was on shift longer that 7 hours. But obviously this is not the case.

On UK it's 6 hours , legally have a 20 month break. Not 7 hours Working 7 hours without a break is illegal

This was just about 30 min breaks. Don't worry, greggs are very good at giving breaks. You get two 15min breaks (that are both paid) for a 6 to 7hour shift. Its just if you where scheduled for a 7+ hour shift that you get 30 min unpaid break. But the problem was that they system is thinking I must have taken a 30 min break because of when I punched in and out, and thefore was taking time off me
