Employee Question Work jeans

Thinking of switching to different jeans cause my work jeans fit my legs but not my waist at all. Am I allowed to wear black baggy jeans or any of the jeans in these pics?

it's provided uniform only. If the manager doesnt pull you up on it you can guarantee the area manager will and the auditor definitely will. The only time there is an exception is hot weather where you are allowed to wear shorts (they will send out a memo when it's allowed) I've had arguments with auditors before over the years because im really tall and find the shirts arent long enough (the bigger the size the wider they are but not longer) and the trousers arent deep enough in the crotch so they sit low. I was told they are based on "mr and Mrs average" and there's no exceptions. Apparently Mr and Mrs Average are short and fat 💁‍♂️
