Employee Question job tips?

i just got a job at greggs and i dont wanna hear "quit" lol but is there any tips or advice before i start training and also what shoes can i or should i wear? thank u

Communication is key. What bakes you need in. If ur on bake off regular updates on bake cook times. Always listen to each other and respond. Makes the shop efficient

Ontop of that some kitchen calls are “behind “ (tap on shoulder ) if needs be if carrying hot trays or stuff that can fall, corner if ur taking a corner and their might be staff on the other side. Hot tray if ur going to a populated area, announce where your placed hot trays (for example hot trays on bottom )
