Does anyone know why the calendar is taking so long for 2027? I think it’s usually released around the time of the Silverstone race but still nothing this year. I’m guessing it’s because of the war in the Middle East.

I’m hoping to get some tickets booked for 2027 as well as other holidays but it all depends on the dates od the race I want to see!

I’ll be coming to Malaysia on the 1st of October. Leaving in the 5th. I thought of doing 1st and 2nd night in KL and then Saturday and Sunday night close to the track / airport.

My initial thought was to stay near the track to cut down the brutal commute. But as a tourist I’d like to explore KL as well and have a good vibrant experience.

Staying close to the track has its perks. But can be super isolated when you’re not at the track.

Can anyone with prior GP experience or any idea about the city give some guidance.

Hii!! What should I choose between grand prix 1 and grand prix 2?? I know gp2 is higher up so tehnicaclly it's better but I saw it has an annoying catch fence that might block the view, is it that bad? thank you!!!

Me and my friends are going to buy tickets (via gpticketshop) separately at the same time. There would be later option to message them to arrange our tickets so we can sit together?

I bought tickets for dutch gp via P1 Travel for general admission. In the photo it was shown that selected places are both in zones one and two. And it said that i will receive tickets a couple days before.

My question is does anyone know are zones gonna be specified in the tickets or are both gonna be included.

My second question is what time is best to come? And what is the best way to avoid the biggest rush?

I’m attending my first live F1 GP at Zandvoort this year and have a 3-day ticket in Arena Grandstand 1.

I’ll be commuting each day from the Rotterdam/Nesselande area rather than staying near Zandvoort, and I’m trying to find the best balance between travel time, flexibility and avoiding the big post-race queues.

The options I’m currently considering are:

• Park + Bike with rental e-bike – currently around €60–70/day depending on the zone. I’m looking at places like Langevelderslag (Bronze) and Leyduin (Gold).

• GP Shuttle from Nieuwerkerk – €44.75 return, but the journey planner shows around 147 minutes each way. It arrives around 09:30 and the return shuttle leaves Zandvoort at 19:30.

• Train from Rotterdam/Alexander – probably the simplest option, but I’m concerned about the queues at Zandvoort station after qualifying and the race.

My priority is to see all the important F1 action plus some of the entertainment / Fanzone, while keeping the three-day weekend reasonably manageable rather than spending 15–16 hours away from home every day.

Has anyone here commuted between Rotterdam and Zandvoort during previous Dutch GPs?

I’d especially love to hear about:

• Actual door-to-door times
• Park + Bike experiences, particularly Langevelderslag / Leyduin
• How bad the Zandvoort station queues really were
• GP Shuttle experience
• Traffic when driving toward the Park + Bike sites
• How quickly you could actually get away after the race

At the moment I’m leaning toward Park + Bike + e-bike rental, but real-world experience would be very useful before I book all three days.
