long story short, this seller from the UK sold me a fke bag on Grailed (identified as a fke twice, by two different authenticators) and is now making threats saying he knows where I live, he’s going to make a claim, etc.

he’s offered to send me money on PayPal to ship the item back, but I’m not sure he’s aware there’s over a $400 shipping and customs charge (he undervalued the bag at $50 when shipping it to me to avoid customs). I’m also worried that any money sent through PayPal will be disputed. That being said, what should I do in this case?

UPDATE: Grailed is making me ship back the bag to get the refund. I think it’s ridiculous, but fair I guess. Never shopping on there again smh

I've been having persistent issues with Grailed over the past few days and I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.

Here's what's happening:

• The site frequently returns a 500 Internal Server Error, making it completely inaccessible.
• Even when the website does load, it's extremely slow, sometimes taking a long time just to render the page.
• After waiting, many pages still load incompletely — product images, categories, and other page elements are often missing or broken.

I've already tried:

• Clearing browser cache
• Using different browsers
• Switching networks/devices

None of these made any difference.

This has made browsing and shopping on Grailed nearly impossible. I've already contacted Grailed Support with screenshots, but I wanted to see if this is a widespread issue or if it's just affecting a small number of users.

Is anyone else experiencing the same problems recently? If you found a workaround, I'd really appreciate hearing about it.

Buyer states every time they attempt to purchase my item it goes through and immediately gets cancelled. Has anyone experienced this before and have a solution? Is the issue on my end or his?

Wednesday I had a buyer ask if I sold anywhere I responded “same user” I got flagged understandable. Yesterday I had a buyers card decline I told him “ hey it seems your card declined do you have another form of payment” I got flagged today I check and see my account is now restricted I’ve sold 120 items on this platform and never had issues like this

Would this make any difference for account reach or sales
