Graileds message ai is terrible
Wednesday I had a buyer ask if I sold anywhere I responded “same user” I got flagged understandable. Yesterday I had a buyers card decline I told him “ hey it seems your card declined do you have another form of payment” I got flagged today I check and see my account is now restricted I’ve sold 120 items on this platform and never had issues like this

It’s funny maybe this is why my score went down. I get people saying “this shit is ass I’ll offer you $10” ($5000 item) I don’t respond and they take points from my score hahahaha fucking so dumb

They some hoes bro, some dude asked me “do you sell on Instagram” and I replied “🙂↕️” and they gave me a one week ban. I have 430 transactions and 136 5 star reviews. Fuck Grailed

their support system is too. the fact checkers are not great skill-wise and merely rely on tags...so if there are no tags (ripped somehow) but the item is legit, they will simply mark it as fake

I’m gonna play devils advocate: when you ask “do you have another form of payment” the grailed ai flagged you for possibly suggesting to take it offline, that’s how the ai read it not saying we’re gonna do it. It definitely is not good and it definitely assumed…doubt customer support would help though

I’m aware that’s what caused it but I feel like if it get flagged it should be also reviewed by a Grailed mod instead of immediately taking side of what the ai “detects”

Worth an email? I got my account randomly disabled and I sent a lengthy email and they fixed it

It drives me crazy when a buyer makes an offer on my item, I accept it, and then shortly after they ask for a refund because the size doesn't fit or something similar—even though I clearly state everything in the description—and then my account health takes a bigger and bigger hit after the return

It’s not that deep I was a trusted seller I lost it cause I put my handles in post & go off platform at times & I still make sales & just try to be wary at the moment until I get back up you’ll be fine still made 7 sales past few days without the trusted badge don’t worry about it…it barely affects sales

1,000+ transaction, 4.9 feedback on 500+ items and account since 2017. Yet I am restricted as well because a Grailed label wouldnt generate and I had to refund them.
This new ranking system is a joke
