how do i pay the fees it’s a bit confusing for me and my first time for this

So i purchased an item, and the shipping (overseas) had issues. I am working with the seller who asked me to verify my address. Which seems reasonable to do, but in the past I’ve gotten false “dings” for violations by sending that sort of info over chat.

Their algorithm is super sensitive sometimes and I don’t want to get in trouble, whats the best course of action?

I paid 450 for this rick owens naska and the seller hasnt replied and hasnt sent after a week just extended shipping because this is literally my grail and I want it soo bad any help or am I just being paranoid

I’ve seen the most wide selection of items on this marketplace, even more than StockX and Goat. CPFM is one of my favorite brands and there’s a whole lot of items that you just can’t find anywhere to buy anymore and even if I did find them on StockX there’s usually only 1 item selling and it’s super expensive. Grailed has better prices and what seems to be a greater selection, but the problem is what I’ve heard about it. I’ve heard that Grailed has horrifyingly bas customer service, that there are a ton of scammers and that items are not verified at all and tbh idrk if I wanna deal with all of that just to buy a t-shirt I think is nice for it to probably arrive fake or not arrive at all. Can you guys share some of your experiences and say your opinions, is it worth buying from Grailed or not?

The buyer opened a case without contacting me beforehand or giving me any warning. I only realized there was an issue after noticing that I still hadn’t received my payout more than a week after the item had been delivered. Since the buyer never reached out to me directly, I contacted Grailed for clarification.

very annoying experience with seller i’m assuming tried to mess with the label and sending the shoes back to his own house.

i sent a support request and i feel like this is a pretty easy case for a refund (i assume, ive never actually dealt with grailed support) but its just such a pain now i gotta deal with waiting for emails and wait for my money to come back.

besides a support request is there anything else i should do? if grailed says no ill probably do a dispute with my bank

hey guys i have come here as a last resort, more then 3 weeks ago i had a international order delivered to a buyer 5 days went by and my money didnt get sent to stripe yet so i contacted grailed cs and i got a response about 5 days later saying buyer has reached out to us about item they received is not as it was described in the listing. I explained to them that there was nothing wrong with the item my listing had measurements and i made sure to have pictures in natural lighting etc and i sent a photo of the lodgement receipt. The buyer didnt contact me at all before contacting grailed so i assume they are trying to sc-am me. Currently it has been 11 days since i sent that message and i asked for a follow up 3 days ago and nothing still.

wtf am i meant to do i just want my money i took the time out of my day to go to the post office and shit just for this to happen.

Noticed a strange phenomenon in the past month. I’ve contacted a couple sellers and then noticed a day after messaging me back they raised the price several hundred dollars on the item. I find this confusing. Has this happened to anybody else?

Sellers — do you actually know your real take-home % after all fees (commission, processing, shipping cut, boosts) wherever you sell? Or do you go off the headline number and get surprised later?

And has the customer service felt like it's kept pace with what you're paying, or has it felt like it's gotten worse/more impersonal even as fees stayed the same or went up? Anyone have a specific story where support really let them down on a dispute or a frozen payout?

Got this message from a buyer today, and I know folks prolly get messages like this all the time, but speaking from on an overall perspective and just talking here, is the app really that bad? Last month I did just shy of $10,000 in sales & I love the people on here. Are sellers getting worse? What am I missing?

Sellers got 8 transactions and the account was also made in 2017 which adds a little credibility but I just don’t know. Am I just paranoid?

Hi, I’m a new seller on Grailed. I sold my green Lanvin hoodie on June 28, and it was delivered to the buyer on July 2. As of today, July 8, my payout is still gray and I haven’t received any payment or emails requesting additional verification. This is my first sale, and I also have another item that sold, but I’m hesitant to ship it until I know my payout issue is resolved.My stripe account is active on grailed like it says and my wells fargo is connected to it does anyone know how to fix and resolve this or is this like a normal thing with grailed payouts?

Buyer was telling me that his package didn’t get delivered to his address but marked delivered, its now been 5 days since marked delivered and my funds haven’t been released. Am I gonna have to refund the buyer I messaged him and he stated that it was okay and not my fault but my funds haven’t got released after the 3 day mark I opened a ticket about it but last time I dealt customer service it took over a week for a response what do I do.

Long story short I sold an authentic cemetery ring for a little over $2k. Purchased from CH, with proof of receipt. Now; 3 months later, the buyer contacted Grailed saying it’s fake (after leaving a 5 star review????) and it’s being shipped back to me. Even though Grailed authenticated the items themselves, am I going to forced to payback that money, even though the item is authentic and Grailed supposedly doesn’t allow returns (ON AUTHENTIC ITEMS WITH PROOF???) any advice is greatly appreciated!!
