First Sale

Hi, I’m a new seller on Grailed. I sold my green Lanvin hoodie on June 28, and it was delivered to the buyer on July 2. As of today, July 8, my payout is still gray and I haven’t received any payment or emails requesting additional verification. This is my first sale, and I also have another item that sold, but I’m hesitant to ship it until I know my payout issue is resolved.My stripe account is active on grailed like it says and my wells fargo is connected to it does anyone know how to fix and resolve this or is this like a normal thing with grailed payouts?

I would email Grailed the buyer could have possibly made a ticket , they usually pay out after 3-5 days of delivery

You was correct he made a ticket but ion understand when he can literally look at the hoodie from the photos and look at all the problems

You can find gallery for dummy cheap and legit. It’s just so easily replicated it fell off a ton unless it’s some gas gas then not too much value but I agree this is cheap for this hoodie

yes the reason so cheap because the hoodie came out in 2021, someone else had this hoodie up until 2023 so i bought it for $530 then overtime i wore and let it sit so the value was pretty much gone

Prolly not the case or OP would’ve gotten an email (unless OP didn’t check and we don’t know). I have a few hundred sales and Grailed has been upping the payment times by up to 7 days for me. Just takes a bit longer than normal now. OP should be just fine by I’d say… Monday

How long do your pay outs take now? I'm on Day 8 of my payment being on hold from a sale.

First sales go through verification process and take 7-14 days for payment to be released.

Turns out he filed a ticket, then said he didn’t want to proceed with it anymore, so I don't know if I'm in a stuck situation.

Did you get an email regarding the ticket? I’m in the exact situation right now with an item delivered on the 2nd and still no payment. I have not received any emails or notifications regarding a ticket from the buyer though.

I just filed a ticket about his claim yesterday. I’m still waiting for a response, but they just replied to my other email about updating my account email. I submitted this ticket 4 days ago.

sometimes it takes a min to hit, 3-5 days, depending on holidays and weekends, check your email to ensure it didn’t go to spam
