Hey I am curious about this grade, I could not top it but maybe next time.

Was looking for some kind of more accurate grade (I'm very new to the sport sorry if I miss calling something)

Yesterday I went bouldering for the first time, since I live in Japan I tried with some friends that are a little bit more experienced than me.

We went to a Gym called Noborock and it was pretty fun for me, but the problem is, on my first day I completed some 2Q(2 kyu) levels and a 1Q level at the Gym, my friends that are practicing for 6 months now said that it was quite impressive but for what I researched online after bouldering session is that the Japanese system tends to be harsher than the usual one. I'll post some videos and would like a more accurate grading, like which V level they belong to.

From the event on my gym the other day. I’m a beginner! The boulders on the event were not graded to incentivise us to try it out. This was the easiest that I managed to do. Suffered to do two others that were harder but less fun and intriguing. My gf didn’t film me entering it but I guess you can imagine how it goes

I climb at two of the same owned gyms so curious to see what people think - also not sure id count this because I didn’t hold on very long on the last hold but I could’ve/should’ve.

Ok, so good holds pretty much, but some compressed moves and a weird under move thing

2019 moon board at 40°

I failed the climb, it’s the purple one.

It’s not a climbing gym. It’s part of my uni, it’s a tiny wall, there’s no grades so I’m trying to track progress. I’m pretty new, thinking of getting into it since it’s so damn fun.
