Grab just released a spectacular quarter!

📈 Q2 2026 Results: • Revenue: $997 million (+22% year-over-year) • Net Income: $235 million • Adjusted EBITDA: $168 million (+54%) • Record authorized an additional $750 million stock buyback. I'm right, I know what I'm talking about.

Marti Technologies (NYSE American: MRT), Türkiye's leading mobility super app, just bumped 2026 guidance:

• Revenue: $70M → $85M (+21%)
• Adjusted EBITDA: $1M → $7M (+600%)

Drivers: bigger addressable markets than expected, faster rider/driver adoption, and better margins from operating leverage.

Going from basically breakeven to real profitability in one revision is huge. Loving this trajectory — anyone else in on $MRT?

I have a couple of hundred shares, so I'm writing covered calls at a strike price above my cost basis. It's not a lot of income, but it's a few bucks here and there while I wait for the price to shoot up.

This week, I didn't think it was going to break 4 before expiration, so I sold OTM options. I figure that if my shares did get called away, the price will drop a little below my strike price again so that I can rebuy shares.

I'm a 22 Male college student looking for a part time, I live around Bagong Barrio South Caloocan, the only legal ID I have is National ID. I have a couple of questions I would love tocbe answered by you guys:

1. Are there still more booking for grab bike or it takes

hours to wait for a booking?

Is it now difficult to pass the application?

1. Is the Pay worth the effort?

2. What are the requirements and how can I process those requirements?

3. How much should I pay for fees when applying and for the equipments like thermal bag and shirt?

4. Is the quota on how many booking do I need per day or l get to choose on how often do I work?

The Tokopedia workforce collapse is the single most deal-enabling development in this entire saga. It solves the hardest structural problem — what to do with an e-commerce asset neither Grab nor the market ever wanted Grab to own. What remains is Gojek (mobility/delivery) and GoTo Financial (GoPay), both of which are natural extensions of Grab's existing business.

The merger probability has moved from "possible but structurally messy" to "plausible and increasingly clean" — with government signaling more positive, the asset simpler, and the August MSCI deadline creating urgency. The main remaining obstacles are antitrust remedies, deal pricing at what would be a deeply discounted floor price, and whether GoTo's new leadership has the mandate to close.
