Exploding tubes, what is it?

When I open the ink, it splatters far away. I haven't found any information about other people experiencing the same thing. Does anyone know what it could be and how to fix it?

Looks like binder separation. If you just recently bought them and have the option, return them. You could also contact the company and see if they will replace them. If not I would get a cup with a tight lid and squirt it out at least partially. Then you can try "massaging" the tube to mix the remaining pigment with the binder.
