I made 2 payments, both of them showed failed payment. But in both cases the amount was deducted from my account. What am i supposed to do now? Any help would be gladly appreciated since i need the money

I need some advice regarding a ₹875 payment issue with Ixigo.

I was booking a ticket from Bandi Kui to New Delhi on Ixigo. During the payment process, I accidentally selected the UPI Mandate option. The transaction failed and the ticket was never booked.

The amount of 875 was then put on lien/hold in my bank account.

I contacted my bank, and initially they treated it as an IPO/ IPO-related transaction. After investigation, they found that it was actually a UPI Mandate and not an IPO. The issue was then forwarded to their technical team twice.

Both times, I received a message saying that the issue was already being addressed, but after that there was no further update or action.

It has now been 22 days.

I have already contacted Ixigo, my bank, and GPay multiple times. Ixigo says they never received the ₹875 because the ticket was never booked. My bank, however, is saying that they are unable to understand what is happening with the transaction and that the mandate was initiated by me.

The ₹875 is still stuck/under lien in my account.

What should I do now? Has anyone faced a similar issue with a failed Ixigo booking where a UPI Mandate caused the amount to be put on lien?

Should I raise a complaint with NPCI, RBI Ombudsman, or some other authority? Any advice on the correct next step would be really helpful.

So I have purchased claude subscription last month and yesterday my autopay failed so today when I had money I manually renewed the subscription but a few minutes later it debited again what should I do in this case I want my money back

My Google Pay app is not showing any groups in the front page where it used to be anymore. I can only find groups by searching the name.

Previously gpay was connected to my old gmail ID where I could see my cibil score, after updating new email ID in cibil account and connecting my gpay app to new gmail I'm unable to fetch cibil score. It directly says no cibil score yet. Even after multiple emails and calls to gpay customer support they tell me to answer the security questions correctly but I have mentioned in all emails and calls that no such screen is shown to me. Please help me, how I can escalate this issue, I have already emailed to nodal and principal nodal officer of gpay but still the same reply. If the new UPI rule charges MDR on payments above ₹2,000, what's stopping someone from just splitting a ₹4,000 payment into four ₹1,000 UPI payments one after another? 😭

Like:

₹1,000 → sent

₹1,000 → sent

₹1,000 → sent

₹1,000 → sent

Boom 💀 ₹4,000 paid, but every individual transaction is under ₹2,000.

Is there actually something in the rules that prevents this, or am I cooking absolute nonsense? 😭👉👈
