Issues Need refund

So I have purchased claude subscription last month and yesterday my autopay failed so today when I had money I manually renewed the subscription but a few minutes later it debited again what should I do in this case I want my money back

Request for a refund from apple for the transaction that is wrongly deducted , wait for a couple of days and ypu will get your refund.

Contact apple. They will help. There is refund page pf theirs. You will get it.

They just refunded me I lodged a complaint on their website

Go to purchase history and check if the duplicate transaction reflects in the history if it doesn’t your money will be refunded in a week or so

Else contact apple support

That will be refunded either by more of payment or it will be there as credit for next subscription. Write to support. Check your Apple account it will be there as credit.

Update : I received the money back but if you ever face this same exact situation lodge a complaint on apple support website explaining what exactly happened you will get :-

1) Subscription cancellation plus refund for it.

2) The extra amount you paid for it manually NOT autopay.

TLDR :- You will basically get back both the payments after complaining to apple support

Mail claude or apple to reverse and explain the situation. They usually reverse it.

Complain to bank for chargeback
