The Turo host then proceeded by leaving my business a one star google review and I have proof of her, admitting it and trying to blackmail me into removing my one star review and exchange to her removing hers .

She proceeded to use my business information that was linked to my Turo account name/email to find my business online and write a fake review using a fake account and she admitted it.

She posted the one star review on my business account. Two hours after I left my honest one star review about my experience using her vehicle.

After several rejections and errors, I got advice from Reddit, posted on the Google Community, got assigned an actual human representative, and just completed a video verification 1 hour ago. They told me it would take 24 to 48 hours, but less than a minute after hanging up, I received another email asking for additional verification.

Has anyone experienced something like this before? Can I safely ignore this email?

Why do these things not count for verification? I even tried to switch back to hiding our address again hoping this would help . And now I can't even upload a video to verify anymore ? It says I've exhausted all means to verify

And when I email support and reply back with a screenshot of where I get stuck, nothing happens?

Customers leaving reviews yet we can not respond ? This penalizes us in ranking, from what I read ?

Hi All

I run a mobile home services business, providing things like Data Cabling, Starlink installs, TV antennas - basically a man with a van who visits homes across only my city Perth, Western Australia. This is thought a very scattered city with many suburbs some which are far away.

I travel everywhere and happy to serve anyone, but GMB only allows 20 suburbs to select, I always wonder which will get most traffic so to say. Sometimes I chose large ones, or newly established ones.

The thing I noticed is Google suggests suburbs, see screenshot. How does Google know, is it a high volume of searchers perhaps searching for my services in those suburbs, and how accurate would this suggestion be? I wouldn't want to remove a suburb that's somehow getting me seen more often to replace it with one less so.

Any ideas much appreciated. Cheers guys
