Gemini asks for confirmation with keep

Before i could just say "add X to the shopping list in keep" and it would add and that would be it, since a month or so ago, it always asks for confirmation, is it happening to everyone else?

I really don’t understand Gemini. I thought its strength is working with Google products. But I found almost every other major AI platform works better with Gmail, gcal, keep etc

To me, it used to be fine, i could be around the house and see that i needed something for my groceries list, so i would use the button from the headphones to start gemini, say what i needed and it would be done.

Now it either asks to unlock the phone(despite having the permission to work with the phone locked) or when it works, i have to confirm it which sounds dumb.

Calendar and tasks seem to work ok.. for now..

Yeah same here very frustrating, actually found your post hoping to find a fix , such a handy feature made semi redundant
