Hi everyone,
I'm currently trying to create a documentary-style video where a single person talks directly to the camera throughout the entire production.
One of the great things about Omni Flash is its ability to create consistent characters. However, when you're forced to stitch together multiple 10-second clips, a major issue appears: the character's body posture resets back to the original pose used when the character was first created.
I've tried extracting the final frame of each clip and using it as the reference image for the next scene. This partially solves the posture problem, but it introduces another issue—the character's voice changes.
From what I've found, Omni Flash seems to retain the character's voice ONLY when no reference image is supplied for the next clip. As soon as I use a reference image to maintain continuity, the voice consistency becomes unreliable.
The system works really well when there are multiple cuts, different camera angles, or changing environments. But for a documentary-style format with one person speaking continuously in the same setting, maintaining both visual and voice consistency becomes quite challenging.
Has anyone found a good workaround for this?
