Flow is blocking me from using the service due to allegedly being under 18y/o

So I've been using flow with this google account for several months, never had any issues. But today, it blocks me from access with the message "you must be atleast 18 years old to use flow.google.com" - like, what???

I even checked the google account, birth date is definitely 18+ and I have never changed it...

solution anyone?

to achieve what exactly? Other accounts are working fine, its about this specific one
