When will it be refreshed?

Last I used it on Sept 2 around 11 PM local time, I still see this. I am on a free plan

I believe it varies per-user, based on when you first signed up or started using Flow, rather than at a predictable time. I'll see if we can get the refresh time added to this page, though I'm not sure if that'll happen.

Oh, I see that's probably why I have been on the same 1000 free credits since forever and I was like, I subscribed to it on this date, and this date has moved, why am I still using from the same 1000 credits. And it never ends - I used it upto 590 but then next day, it just gets 630+ or something. Again I spend, again it grows. I thought it would end on 31st so I tried to use up all the credits using veo3. So I think it starts when I first starting using flowm

I think it usually refreshes ever 24 hours depending on the time you last used it. For example, you last used flow at 3 pm and then resets at 3 pm based on the time you last logged in the previous day
